Statesman Strike -- who was who?

Agent Darwin was a guy with the hadle Mish on the COV boards... He pmed me about stuff from the event.

I distinctly recall War Witch turning towards me (Cyberwolf, red mechanical dog guy -- server 0, shard 10) in the square, staring at me, then rushing over and trying to gank me with fire sword circle. Luckily I was protected behind my Pathetic Force Fiel- er, Personal Force Field.
I laughed at thie weak attempt to kill me! ... until Positron nuked me like a burrito in a microwave.
*Laughing* Back Alley Brawler was Da Man. When I seen Maincore in the begining in Mercy3 he instantly ran like a little girl. Liberty put up a fight though she was teamed with Brawler. All I know is I blinked and I was in back at the base like 7 or 8 times. She might have been the cause for one of those but Brawler Sooo Schooled us.

Someone's probably said this already, but events like this should not be limited to end of beta. These events are so much fun for the players, and they add a piece of content which, frankly, would put this game on a different plane than other MMO games.
Live dev interaction on both the hero and villain side (I assume the characters and powersets of Lord Recluse and his inner circle have been created internally) like this is something that should be more common...not too common, mind you, but it should be a permanent part of the game that players can really get into. PvE, fun as it is, can get a bit dry at times...and while PvP vs. other players is always an option, nothing can substitute for events where we can fight the epic heroes/villains.
Please give this serious consideration...I think players would gladly risk the chance of incurring debt for these types of events.

Bwah I'm so happy! I got into an argument with some yarmagedon dude or something and he was going on about ho all the orange names and signature heroes had to be CPU controlled... He just would NOT accept the concept of PC combatants and that just cuz synapse is in multiple instances/servers doesn't mean that there's not a person, or rather in the case of multiples, people, sitting behind a monitor somewhere controlling them!
I'm also happy cuz I get to say publicly that I'm right and there was no reason to reference a pine-cone or it's locality with regards to my nether regions...
either way it was A BLAST! Thanks Red/Orange Names!
Oh and add Agent Hyde to the list of Orangies...
Oh and let us not forget Back Alley Brawler's Uber-Mega-School-Teacher attack. I got seriously schooled.
One hit and I cleared about 3-4 buildings ala classic superhero combat. I think my apex was at about 300+ yards and landed about 400 some yards away. It was amazing! Simply amazing!
We need more enemies in the game that can ragdoll physics hit you several hundred yards away in pretty parabolic arcs crashing into buildings. 
Add Agent Campbell to that list as well.
Here's a quick question, about somethign that's been bugging me for a while...
Anyone see what's Ravenstorm's powerset is?
Tygara - 50 Claws/Regen/Power Scrapper, Virtue- Member of Kitties on the Prowl.
Shadeburn - Dark/Rad Defender, Virtue- Member of Catch 'Em Crew
Nature Boy' - Elec/Ice Blaster, Virtue - Member of Young Phalanx
Martial Arts/Dark Armor, I believe.
I played as Siska (rad/kin corruptor) with my VG on Mercy 10, on original server, most of the evening. Some in my team saw Statesman briefly, then he vanished (ran? defeated? LD?). We did get to fight Synapse, Warwitch and Positron though.
The first and best fight was with Synapse. Me, UnSunny (brute, VG-mate) and one other villain got to fight him for atleast 30 second before others started slowly dropping in. Alot of insults raining back and forth on that one

And Synapse had apperantly seen a wanted poster of my villain, because he claimed to recognise me, right away 
He must have some issues with hitting girls though. Because he didn't try even once. Either that, or being told how ugly he was, by UnSunny really pissed him off.
Later, Positron was rather buisy in a big heap of villains. I didn't have the chance to make him sorry, for his TF. But Warwitch was giving UnSunny (again, that guy was always in the middle of it) a hard time, at the same time. So I flew off and helped him.
Then we also fought alot of controlled GenericLongbow0000, of course.
Never spotted Manticore, Sister Psyche, BackAlley Brawler or Ms. Liberty

I couldn't agree more.
One of the nice things about MUDding was the interaction between the devs and players. It got players to RP and made them feel good.
Granted, a MUD is a lot smaller than an MMO, but if States and Lord Recluse popped in occasionally to stir up their respective masses and direct them to the PvP zones it would be cool.
They don't even have to fight, they could stay at the bases and supervise the battles. They are the leaders after all, no need for them to actually take part in battles, just act like a general more or less.
And those that shout things that don't pertain to the ongoing battles (like nerfbats and stuff) should be ignored...or silenced. <insert evil grin>

I saw Ravenstorm! She handed me my lungs!! I think I was one of the first ppl on one of the servers to get tagged by States.... I could swear he said "Hi", then BWAM!!!! tagged me for 705HP.... Then ppl showed up!! Synapse dint move so fast after ten ppl tried to hold him... we dint hold him, but we slowed him down.... and tagged him. I dint see Back Alley tho, a friend of mine told me he wasn't going to be there because he's not a member of the Freedom Phalanx. Guess I was right!

He was really nice. After he wasted my lil' scrawny level 12 demoness, I asked him in /tell if he could let me get close enough to get a screenshot before killing me again.
He kindly obliged. Here's the screenshot. And after that, oddly enough, he didn't kill me again.
Unfortunately, I found the action a bit late, hubby came home, and I had to return to my RL duties.... *sigh* Soloing the Supper AV was much more trouble and much less fun, but somebody's gotta do it.
Thanks to the Dev's for the fun. Even with the horrid lag it was nice to get to meet the famous heroes.
I only got to see Positron complaining about the lack of XP from us grey people.
Got a Total Focus off on him before I crashed though .

They should do this again! I would LOVE to fight Scirroco (sp?) or Captain Mako. It would be interesting to brawl with Lord Recluse since he's a mastermind (I bet he has uber henchmen :P) And... I wouldnt hit Ghost Widow. I have a code of honor. They must attack first =D
