i think EG's idea of a conserve power type power or a consume is probable.

Will undoubtedly not be that. Conserve Power more likely, but you know then they would HAVE to alter the Epic pool, as with 2 routes into it you could have perma-conserve power (I think).

Consume is nice but doesn't make any sense in a regen line. Conserve Power does but I'm hoping against a change in QR.
On a happy thought wouldn't it be nice to have some powers fixed.
For me MoG could use a fix and wouldn't it be nice if resilience got a bump in some way?

WAIT!! that's it!!!! let's all talk about how great resiliance is, and that all of our greatness comes from it! non-regeners won't know any better, and they'll complain to the devs that resiliance is overpowered, yet the other powers are fine!! Then, resiliance can be our whipping/nerfing-boy, and it'll slowly go from a 5% buff to 1.2%! no one will care anyway!
Conserve power makes about as much sense in regen as MoG does. I really don't see them dropping QR. It's not even *that* great of a power, so i doubt they'll nerf it much, if at all.

i'm saying stealth is necesarry for stalkers. although, i would have prefered they take out resiliance instead of QR...

To get off Regen for a moment, that was truly amazing. They could have nerfed Invincibility into oblivion and Tankers would have howled a bit, but they would have a much more thematic set and still be as survivable. I don't get Geko sometimes.

right, but that technically counts as complaining about Invince. If we make a concerted effort to talk about how awesome resilience is in a non-sarcastic manner, this may be tough, then they might nerf it instead of something else!

Yeah I guess that would explain it. I remember when all the trolls told us that they can have two effect for PvP and PvE. It took 5 months for them to finally admit that the server can distinguish between PvP and PvE when it comes to self-buffs.

Resiliance is overpower in PvP - the effective imunity to stun effects means those poor blasters cannnot kill me unless they drop my Toggles.
Combined with undroppable click IH it is a killer combination.
So Resliance must NOT be touched, and IH should NEVER become a toggle.

Regeneration Instant Healing - Returned Instant Healing to a toggle; reduced its regeneration buff; recharge remains the same (650 sec.); Instant Healing turns off after 60 secs of use and can be detoggled.
Regen Scrappers didn't like to have so many clicks. Improvement to the power.
