    Yes he has 100% resistance

You are referring to the EoB event, yeah, pretty much. The final version won't.

I know the pratorian version of this guy has 100% resist to all but psi when he hits unstoppable.

You activate the eagles claw power
You eagles claw back alley brawlerleader for 0 smashing damage
You critical back alley brawlerleader with your eagles claw for an additial 0 lethal damage

No he has only 100% to smashing/lethal. I know because my Illusion/Radiation controller soloed him pre-issue 5.

My energy attacks (Energy EPP) dealt energy damage (albeit very small when he had it going) and the smashing was nullified.

He actually has the click version of temp invulnerability from way back when, which gives him 100% smashing/lethal resistance. His unstoppable gives him high resistance, but it does not cap him at 100% for anything. I know this from soloing him with my DM/regen scrapper . I would suddenly stop doing any smashing damage with my DM attacks, and be ever so thankful that I wasn't any other primary.

I never thought the devs were lying... if anything it just ticked us off because we seemed to know more about their own game than they did.

The MoG "nerf" happened when CuppaJo posted what powers gave DEF to what. When we noticed that MoG was lacking Psi and Toxic DEF, someone commented that it must have had BASE DEF like PFF. I wish I could find the thread, whoever that poster was, hit the nail on the head.

    Edit:
Now admit that you nerfed Integration (along with all other mez protection).

I was that poster, but I've looked and they've deleted the thread where I spoke of my tests. And the change was most definately an Issue 5 change.

Changing topic slighlty, I can see MoG concerns being listed too.

    Patch notes
    Regen - Moment of Glory
Moment of glory was cirticised as being out of charcater with the rest of the set. With massive defence, resistance, and endurance recovery, but stopping any regen or heals.
As of this patch the resistance and defence are chnaged to a massive increase in regernation rate.

Of cousre due to an "oversight" they don't remove the no regen or heal code.

    Now this made me laugh

    Spectral Terror

I've just been using ST with my lvl 35 controller.
I don't know where you got the aura affecting only blues/greens/greys because i was using it against +1s and +2s (old invincible mission) and the aura was affecting the mob i summoned it into immediately.
I did notice however that the aura only seems to make minions cower, what few leuts i had in my missions didn't seem to be affected by it, but council adjutants may have fear resistance, so i'll have to do more testing on other mobs.

It provides adequate control that i can quite easily just use my ST (one recharge) to control the battle for me (used no holds and no PA). In the whole mission i got hit 3 times, and all 3 were when my phants attacked before i'd summoned ST, and i got hit by the aoe return fire.

I also found that although the aura seems to only affect minions and not leuts(could be wrong about this) or bosses, a single ST is able to fear a boss, and keep them feared, by stacking its aura + terrify.

I also agree that the running is very minor, and nothing compared to the knockback the phantasms cause.
All in all i think it's become a very good control power now.

    Nice work Geko!
