I think I know Nova. Though I believe it was "Kid Nova", a younger version in a comic called "The New Warriors". I think I was the only person that liked that comic.

21/21, wasn't really hard. The Commander Courage was process of elimination since I have never heard of him. The rest were quite simple.

He was the superhero featured in "Comic Book: the Movie" starring Mark Hammil. As far as I know, he does not exist outside of said movie.
