I didnt realize that it had a concern! For scrappers, it gives them their one major drawback (other than waiting till 28 to get their "main" power) and for tankers...well, they get Unstoppable at level 32.
My main is a /invuln scrapper. I dont want him nerfed, but I think getting rid of the immob. WILL make him too powerful...
Thats just my opinion.
Can we also get an update on adding pets to the team window?
It's really hard to TP/buff/heal pets around when you have to figure out where they are in a 3D enviorment. . . especially hard when having to TP multiple pets after going up an elevator in a mission.

1. I agree that regen should be toned down somewhat. Invuln however is way above what regen can do and it does reach caps with perma unstoppable, and combined with invincibility is as close to tanker defense as it gets for a scrapper. Is invuln not getting looked at? Invuln is already the best secondaries for both the tankers and scrappers.. removing the immobility from unyielding stance is a move in the wrong direction. I agree that regen is a little above what par should be for scrappers, but that means invuln is way above it.
2. With DA, ice, stone.. will the powers be tweaked as well, or just simply made to stack?
3. No mention of SR in here. Elude was mentioned as a temporary fix previously, and not a final change to the set, is this still the case? The change to the SR scrapper after 40.. with a respec is positive, but this does nothing to address the problems it faces before elude is available. What about resistance inspirations?

I highly doubt it will get immob completely removed.. But it may see a slight movment adjustment

So yoiur saying blasters who can kill a +2 mob in 3 hits is okay. Even for superheroes somethign is wrong there.
Actually, I just happened to see it in-between commercial breaks. :\
Not trying to nag, but my favorite character has that as his secondary, and I see no problems with it's efficiency.
The reason I fear for it is because they're saying Scrappers can not meet the same resists as Tankers [ I've seen otherwise ], but that Regen seems to need a tweak [ When I don't think it does ]. The difference in opinion is what makes me worry; otherwise, it's just a matter of wanting to know.
Either way, I suppose I could make a new " main ", but that would be another few months of worth I'd have to do.. :\

God I wish I could kill a +2 mob in one freaking hit man. I don't know.
Is this actually true? I think your getting your information wrong somewhere. I am 75% sure that MOST Blasters could not kill a +2 in one hit unless they were hugely buffed, and the enemy was hugely debuffed.
Or perhaps it was an Underling
I team up with a lot of blasters, and I've never seen that happened.
Yay, just when my Regen Scrapper is finally coming into his own (after 6 slotting tough AND weave and 6 slotting QR AND Stamina) here comes the nerf bat. Groovy. Just when I found a class I actually enjoyed.
So a Scrapper soloing an AV is an issue, but a Controller soloing an AV and no one complains. I hope everyone realizes that any properly slotted Scrapper is as good as or better than Regen and once DA gets its fix, it will be right up there. Devs caving in on the Regen whining posts is absolutely retarded. This is just adding insult to injury after our last 2 powers in the Regen line are absolutely useless forcing people to take Pool powers and appearing over powered.
Statesman, could you please comment on Blizzard? The general sentiment is that it is greatly sub-par compared to the other 9th powers in the "X Blast" sets.
Heck, I'll even take "no plans at this time to look at it." It's just that there's been practically no info forthcoming since the increase to knockdown, even though the combined number of pages about the power is in the hundreds.

Two questions:
(1) Will the Fear fix also apply to Fearsome Stare from the defenders' Dark Miasma set? Geko's thread pre-Issue #2 indicated that it would; I'd just like confirmation, as this is still a very iffy power with the current effect, & not much in line with the dark/dark's "controllerish" playstyle.
(2) Statesman, your OP here made no mention of any possible changes to Super Reflexes, yet earlier threads in the scrapper forum indicated that you (plural) were thinking of tweaking it. Specifically, while the other scrapper secondaries have some mix of defense, resistance & healing, SR really only has defense. Any update on that, or will it be post-Issue #3 (if at all)?
I'm OK with regen being adjusted..so long as it's more balanced. If you make life harder for level 30-40 Scrappers (the range in which IH is basically godlike), please make it a tad easier on 1-30. And consider 40+ where maltas and alpha-striking mobs can 1-shot us because of our relative lack of defense.
