Could the list be updated to reflect the post-Issue 8 Ice/Eng blaster guide that I revamped from my Issue 3 guide?

Huh... anyone have any advice on an archery/IM blaster. So far the first six levels are awesome, just wanted some other opinions on later powers.

I was hoping to find a Blaster specific Issue 9/IO/Globals/Procs /etc vkind of guide, but I dont see one.
Has anyone here got one not posted or lost?
I'm trying to figure out what I will need to do to maximize my defenses/resists/kb/regen or a combo or what on my upcoming Elec/Elec.

Oh believe me I've only racked up 300 hours on the reroll of DB and havent had enough PvP time to even consider myself a "vet" of both sets (though I think I got a wide knowledge of it ). I do consider myself a "vet" of Energy/Devices though I'd never make a guide of it (I believe that just about every power in the game I can find or figure out a use for) .

lol I just finished and posted my Elec/Elec guide for ranged blasters
Dr. Opie has updated his energy/energy blaster guide for issue 9. It doesn't explore IO builds per se, since that's an advanced topic all on its own, but the old version was issue 5, so it has plenty of updates. (My sig has the link.)
