Questions:
Do the titles of the badges relate to where you find them? Does it visually represent the title? I've seen a couple with a name and location already found and it makes sense.
For the Minotaur one in Talos, I'm assuming people have clamored all over the big Talos statue in the ocean?

Nature Lover - Talos : Probably the green/wooded areas surrounding the city itself. Fairly large area to cover, but I'm sure there is something meaningful that you can visually see.
Whitecap - Talos : Probably one of the islands where there are DE and CoTs....probably the big waterfall on the big island?

Well there is either no "Kill X Hellions" badge or it's gotta be well over a hundred. I think I'm up to 125 or so of them in Atlas Park, and no badge yet.

There is a kill x Hellions badge. You have to kill a ton of Damned to get it.

Okay, it's a dock in the North Eastern Tributary (just scout the docks around the most NE section of the lake - it kind of bulges there). 
FYI, in order to get the "Gearsmasher" badge, you have to defeat the little Gear Clockworks that spawn when you defeat Clock bosses, not just the bosses themselves.
Also, is it just me or is there not a badge for defeating Vahz bosses? I defeated a few Eidolons last night and no badge slot opened up, unlike the ones that opened up for beating other bosses from other mobs.
And from the names of them, I think some of the badges like "Pwnz" and "Plague Stopper" must be related to completing story arcs.

I counted and got the Hellspawned badge on the 50th Damned (I didn't count the Bone Daddies one (Bonecrusher), but it was about the same.

Just curious, but the list I have has "Unveiler" for Nemesis and "Legionnaire" for Warriors. Is this correct?
The picture I have associated with those two seem swapped. Legionnaire would make more sense for Nemesis guys (and the picture is of a trojan-looking headdress).

i don't know if nemesis one is correct. U dono't get infor for killing nemesis min's or LT's, and u don't get it for warhulks. I haven't killed any fake nems

Warriors are based on old roman/greek culture so Legionaire fits them much better than it does Nemesis who is using plans within plans and is generally much more devious than most of the other factions, thus you Unveil his hidden plans.

I'm having trouble find that one I went to every roof from the Yellow to the N-NW wall and no badge
If you go to the Upgraded one (The helipad) its within 230 yards of it on a rooftop. I think it might be to the SW. Or maybe to the NW. It's one of the lower roofs though, with nothing else on it except the badge.
