Ok, I have solved the mystery of the unknown counter, it is for your number of badges badge (ie. Tourist, Collector, etc.)
I'm not sure if this is already known or not, so I thought I would post it in case it isn't. I killed Kraken in PP this afternoon and got an Unleashed (I think) badge. I didn't see it on the upallnightgaming list, so thought I would post here.

Just found Adamastor in the Moth Cemetary. The Keeper of Secrets badge has the following text:
"You have defeated the demon Adamastor, brought forth by the Banished Pantheon to destroy the world." I found him while looking for one of the history plaques in that area.
Im sory to post like this..but im short on time. Im in the abandoned sewer trial right now.we have already defeated the hydra..and technically tis mission cmplete. But NONE of us can find the head of the hydra badge. Can someone who HAs gotten it plz poost WHERE is it? we all would liek to get out of here. Thx in advance.
Sorry, but you don't need the TF badge. 3 people in my SG have Conspiracy Theorist and none of us have the TF badge. Matter of fact, we've tried it twice but got stuck both times at the part where you talk to Ms. Liberty because all she would give us was the training screen.
No i mean the Exploration badge "Head of the Hydra" the trial badge for Hydra I got (Its Charmer BTW). Now all I want is the explore abdge so I can get outa here.

I was just reading about the Unleasher badge, went to PP to fight some Vaz for the "kill Embalmed" badge, and there was a nice, fat, juicy Kraken standing in front of me.. 3 hits later, I had the badge... I remember fighting him when i was lvl 15... kicked the crap out of our whole team... ain't pay-back great?

Okay, only a couple days late and not as nice looking as I'd like but a 'beta' version of the website is up now. I will continue to work on it to add more functionality and make it a bit more visually appealing. Don't worry I have a test site so nothing will change on this site until its tested and works.
Here's the City of Heroes Badges And Plaques Locator site. I'd appreciate feedback and suggestions.
A few known things:
1) THe title banner sucks but I'm not particularly artisticly inclined so if anyone would like to do a better one contact me and I can provide the template with the border and the CoH logo.
2) Only the main button looks right, haven't tracked down the font used on this site for buttons to make the buttons look right yet (CuppaJo's been helping but with Issue #2 going live she's not heard back from the person yet).
3) The badges list is too large, next step will be to break it up a bit more and probably make expanding tabs for types rather than just a table of everything.
4) The credits page isn't loaded yet. I've mined all the names for the list I just need to write it up and get it up there, should be up within a couple more days.
5) Maps and images of the badge icons will be coming in the future.
Immediate feedback.
Change the links so that they don't open a new window, or if this is what you want, make the window a smaller "pop up" type rather than a full window since there isn't that much info.
Give me the dimensions for your title banner and I'll whip sump'n up for ya.
You might want to left justify the zone names... or change the color if you keep it centered.
The zone names didn't immediately jump out at me.
And lastly, I suggest a more obvious line break of some kind between the tourist badges and the other kinds.

Excellent work! One thing I'd change, though is that I would group badge locations for one zone on one webpage, like so:

Leads to a webpage containing locations for all 5 badges. You'd get less clicking around which is always desirable.
A note of whether you need fly/TP to get there would be great. Sometimes self-explanatory, but not always.
Also, a short explanation on how you can see your current coordinates in the game would be nice. I assume it's a slash command but I don't have the manual nearby.

There will be some changes coming, for one the badges will be smaller popups not fullsized windows and without all the links and graphics, this was just a first step to get things functional. I've got one person offering to do a banner and if you're interested as well PM your email to me and I can send you the blank template (correct size and has the border with a black 'fill') and CoH logo.
My plan is to group all badges by type and by default just show the zones and number of badges and have them expand to show individual badges for that zone. I was short on time yesterday and really didn't want to hold off the site until everything was completed.
