Here's my directions based on where I found it:
On the lip of 'reactor 1' dome due south of the gate, middle round building between reactor silos.
1118.6, 721.8, -3079.6
Bosses have been coming though they are also called Observers and are the giant eyes...they are a huge pain in the ***. So far i haven't seen a villian related badge start to work on them
Yep, that's where I was. Ran all over that dome. Maybe I wasn't *low* enough on the dome? I'll try again when I can. If someone has a pic of it's actual location in regard to the dome, that would clear it up for me

No the Rez count i have is to a badge labled ???
and the healing badge has no meter what so ever, its just sitting there with the question mark symbol for the badge becasue i am working on it I am guessing.
I only noticed the ??? ones meter going up becasue i was in terra Volta and had to Rez some people alot.
I think i just got through doing about 50+ REZs.
Oh yeah and the ones i fought where located south of the Tram in skyway. Under the over passes about where that run down building is.
They where level 14s....pretty easy too...the eyeballs at higher levels must definately be a pain to tackle.

Not really. I ran into a group of 4 eyes and tree of those big guys that melee you, can't remember their name. There was a boss version of the melee guy, Honored something or other. i think they are easier than rikti right now. I got wiped by 2 +1 Rikti bosses, but against these guys +1 I took the whole group out lickety split. They can stun though and another group did knock my toggles off.
Level 50 is a journey, not a destination.

Do the 100 killtask badges work? Do they only credit XP giving kills? Are they only for special types (ie, DE eminators) or are there "normal" killtask badges?

Almost all of them are for specific types - the Pantheon is for their spirit bosses.
is there an updated list of all the badges that I can print out? it would make my search for them much easier.
Are you paying off any debt?
They are for specific types usually, For banisher its only the spirits (the masks). XP awarded defeats don't matter (I've upped my count with CoT mages in PP at 24th). I suspect the con level MAY influence how much the bar moves per enemy though.
Okay, I was on with my level 8 last night and was only seeing Watchers and Brutes in Galaxy and Atlas.
I can't help as my highest on live is only 21 so can't get into TV. I remember it being right on the edge of the dome near the drop off. I think it was on the NE side. The loc coords I posted I took by standing right on top of the marker.
Well I just made a thread in the General board with a list of the badges (all types) split in three sections, one of them the plaque locations, should be printable

no i am not paying off debt.
Like i said I raised peoplealot of people...and after i raised 3 of my team mates i noticed when i looed at my badges that the guage on one raised it was described as ???...so i was not sure what it was.
After raising 4 mor times I confirmed my raising was causing the meter to go up.
I also healedalot, but there was no meter showing on the healing badge which is also displayed...but is not completed.
I noticed badges you start working onare shown but unless the picture is an actual badge picture then you get a question mark picture and usualy a name.

The one in Atlas Park, there's only one hospital there, at least that shows up on the map (and where you appear if you 'die' in Atlas Park). Last night I found a way up there without hover/fly/superjump/teleport. Go to the north wall next to the train tracks east of the hospital. Use the stairs to get to the top of the building. Jump to the next building and up onto the big box vent. From there jump onto the tracks (may want to wait until just after a train goes by to give time). Run south on the tracks until there's a ledge on your left. Jump to the ledge and the badge is right there.

Whilei was in Steel Canyon while my server was still up, every so often i woud get one of the Boss Eyeballs...it was colored orange on its iris not bue like the minion ones.
So anywise, it seamed to come out of the portal randomly with each group that appeared.
Not realy, I've not seen any sign of badges for rezzing people. THe other possibility is where you taking damage at all during this time? The 'tough'/'indestructable'/'adamant'/'unbreakable' badges show as unknown/??? until you earn them. Also what badges (or partial badges) were around it in the list, they do show up in a specific order and that may help us out.
I just finised the Paragon Protector kill badge... got the Conspiracy Theorist accolade... AND... and awesome Crey freeze gun. anyone else get this as well? its a temp power. another scrapper that did this badge didnt get it. is it a random thing? what other temp powers are out there?
You probably weren't low enough.
IIRC, there is a "ring" around the top of the dome(to shape the low poly sphere) and the badge was just above that ring.

Accolades are permanent powers for your character. You can use them infrequently. Accolades are given for completion of multiple badges, history, exploration, missions, task forces achievements. I have a friend that just received this accolade. I haven't seen a post yet that has defined what combination of badges gets this accolade. Paragon Protector is one, Manticore TF might be another (unproven)
I suspect the rez meter is tied to the Medic/Surgeon/Doctor badges and the 'rez' counts towards healing others since you are restoring HP to them.
Not sure about the Rularuu since so far we've only seen minion levels of these and not bosses. Though by the sounds sometime tonight there will probably be tougher/more coming through the portals.
