Come on.. It would be great to see what all my toons had. You know how many times I need to log off to see what each toon has sometimes.. Imagine when you can share all your resources ?

Seems like a good idea.
I wouldn't mind if they increased the drop rates for long lasting teams as well. Personally I am willing to give up the drop rate increase if I want to solo.
Would be nice if you could share missions so everyone could get the merit rewards at the end.
Honestly I have been waiting around to see what GR brings. I hope it brings more then 2 new sets for some or 4 new for others.. My assumption is other stuff will be added, so something along this line might already be in the works. -

Players must be in the same group to Grant or receive flight.
The receiver of Grant flight pays with his or her own endurance.
Users of Grant flight pays for endurance for their pets or if possible take the endurance away from the pets, whichever is easier to implement.
Remove the tether that group fly has.
If a person dies or gets endurance drained fly must be reapplied. The player can remove the grant flight power by clicking on the icon to remove the buff
End result is this is a power that requires 2 other powers to have access to it.. It should not be WORSE it should be better.
Those using Group Fly / Grant Flight still can buff their pets and pay for the endurance or if they are lucky the pets would pay for their own endurance use of flight, which would make it more realistic persay. . The only issue is you would to spend a moment to buff the pets. I do not find it unreasonable as it would take several seconds to do so and your done.
My idea makes no changes that would affect the cottage rule and further make everyone not wanting group flight happy on the team. So now the Mastermind can have his bots hovering above the team without forcing the rest of the team to be flying as well.
It's a win / win for everyone -

Since the OP was supposedly kidding I'm not addressing the whole mission thing. But taking the time to agree Group Fly is lacking. -
Just wondering what people would think about having Cloaking device from Device set being unsuppressed defense bonus. Unsuppressed it would offer 5.5%.
Compared to Traps Force Field Generator which offers a team a full 22%. I personally do not see the issue with getting a defense increase. It would go a long way further to updating the Device set and making it somewhat on par with Traps. -

Storm has tons of KB DP has one. DP is low on the damage scale compared to other damage sets.The AOE for DP is PBAOE.. Hurricane knocks everyone back.. LS unless you can fly is a KB. SO For your best AOE attack you will have to turn off many of your cool Storm powers..
If you have too many lvl 50s and your bored go for it.. Otherwise you could pick something much better to go with DP.
Kinetics - will help boost your DP damage, I have one of these at 50. Corruptor though. Everyone loves a Kin.. You can get smash and lethal capped and Range at 30% defense.
Traps - You can boost your Defenses and soft cap many types. You can go in and drop a trip mine and then Hail of Bullets and wipe out several groups of mobs.
Rad - For the Debuff. If you could get some defense caps then I would say okay.. Otherwise I'm against it. Smash Lethal and Ranged.
Kin is great because of the utility it has. All the powers are good in Kinetics. You get a decent recharge on all your powers also.
Traps is great because you can get Defense cap in many damage types. Your basically become almost impervious. You run in.. Drop a Trip mine hit Hail of Bullets and bam 10 or so dead mobs. Though you would be lacking the heal ability of kin or the recharge of kin. You make up for that with the defense you have. Your main attacks will pretty much be the Trip mine HoB combo. You will use your other powers just to kill off those mobs almost dead and running off. Again I have a 50 Sonic Traps corruptor which is great also. He can hold more mobs then the DP Kin because of his defenses, but he kills much slower. Where as the kin can get overwhelmed because of too many mobs. -

If you are asking: Can I have build 1 be X and Build 2 be Y at the arbiter. yes.
I have a Crab Spider and Bane using the build swap.
The only thing I can say is I was told I have a graphic bug to. I chose to go Spider first. Now when I flip to Bane I still have a crab pack on my back....either team was wrong or its a bug from what I understand.
So if you have a costume problem like I have...keep the example I gave in mind.

Do Archery Traps ( Defender ) or Archery Energy. I'm doing a semi Petless MM for the fun and challenge. But Device is just a slap in the face.
Device good from a far, but far from good.
It's the only power set that you need beer goggles to make it look good. -
Please ignore the levels at which I slotted powers.. When using mids I slot working on defenses, I do not slot for leveling. I just slot the appropriate powers at whatever levels I think I need them. So Health and Stamina are slotted in my 30s, I will more then likely slot them in my early 20s.
This is a build I will be leaning towards. I am NOT crazy about the endurance use. The smash and lethal are almost defense capped, you can max it out when needed with a luck inspiration. Range Defense is capped, which is what many Blasters look to get capped out. Many of the other defenses are in your 20s and 30s defense wise. As much as I cringe to say this, this is the build where I would probably slot those frankenslots with some purple IOs which give Recovery bonuses. Once I could afford them. I do not like the look that Frozen armor looks gives as it messes up any costume look you have, but it is what it is.
Otherwise you will need to incorporate Aid Self into your build. You will end up getting some nasty aggro that without a heal you will find yourself on the floor fast. And really Aid Self is just a band-aid until the tank can pick up the aggro, hopefully..

Demons VS Thugs I think Demons would win. Simply because they are Demons and probably Immortal or would come back after regenerating or something.. Where as Thugs are just really tough Humans, which are not demons.. So once you kill a Thug assuming the porter thingy don't work.. He is just dead.. Unless of course he goes to hell and becomes a Demon. But then again he's now a Demon so Demons win again..

They fixed Melee pets and messed up Ranged pets. I posted complaining about this as well. Just find a bug report, just so it is documented that another MM is having issues. Other then that you need to do pretty much what others have mentioned, until it is working properly.
It stinks I know, it's been like this for months but with GR your not gonna see anything fix until GR is over. -
Your slotting Generic IOs. I will say I'm not crazy about them since you can get SO MUCH from Invention set bonuses. As far as being viable for TF It's a catch 22. I might take you the first time around but after seeing your only slotted with regular IOs I would probably look around for someone else the 2nd time around. I'm not trying to sound like elitist jerk. Just being honest.
There are so many blaster sets that are better off then AR Device. AR / anything else would be better.. Any Arch type with some slotted IOs which has some stacked defenses or stacked anything would be better then your build if you get what I'm saying.
I mentioned this in the past. But I have tested it out several times, regardless of what people want to believe or perceive I have logged on with my AR Device and then logged off to get another toon and have gotten invites to the same team that ignore my AR Device.
Sadly Device is still stuck in the 2004 and it's 2010. Traps is the new Device.
You don't need body armor as it really isn't serving you any purpose. Your defenses don't exist and neither does your resistance.
You have too many travel powers.. Just pick one and make sure its Super Speed since it works in conjunction with Cloaking Device.. You don't need combat jump.. You don't need super jump.
Recall Friend for Stealthing and TPing everyone to end of missions seems okay I guess.
Pick up M30, Smoke Grenade, Gun Drone.
At least if you want to TP players and mobs are near you can use Smoke Grenade to cut down on mob perception so team mates don't get spotted when you TP them in.
Gun Drone will at least give you some extra damage as will M30.
Nutshell your working with the weakest blaster and your slotting him with generic inventions. It's a loose / loose situation. And on top you have tons of Knock back which many hate.
I would like to see your Set build. I'm not loving this build atm.. I would want to know where your going with the set build. -
Can't look at the build atm, but I would like to ask what is your range at ?
Here is my simple thoughts on to be Defense capped or not.
First off many of the key powers for Electric are PBAOE, so it's pretty much a must you have to be in their faces for your powers to work.
Second you being alive outweighs your recharge. Here is why..
When you start adding up the amount of deaths a non capped player has over the frame of a few missions or even one big one. It can start to add up. Even if you where level 50 with full tray of inspirations..
How many times will you be able to make a wake inspiration and possibly a break Free inspiration before you just start running out of Inspirations. So regardless you being alive and helping out the team is much more worth while then someone who nukes and then takes a dirt nap and waits around for someone to ress him or pass him a wake.
End result that defense cap guy is just gonna be chugging along.
Personally I'm a Defense cap born again. I have taken out bosses solo because I was defense capped. I was able to hang with the tank buffing because I was defense capped.
I was able to ress the WHOLE TEAM during a Ritki Strike force because I was defense capped. I had no ress, but I was AOE killing mobs with my Sonic Traps and making Wakes and Break Frees after I assembled the team. That was one glorious day for that toon. I received many complements for doing that.
Once your defense capped it almost feels like your cheating because the game is that much easier. Your basically able to do now that only tanks and some scrappers were able to do pre Inventions days.
Once I get home I will look at the build. But if you have the basics of Kick, Tough, Weave, Combat Jump, Hurdle, Health, Stamina and possibly Maneuvers and/or Tactics and of course Hoarfrost from cold mastery. Then you should be fine with picking out the rest of the choices.
I can tell you when I upped my Ranged defense from 12% to 32% on my DP Kin, I could tell the difference. No longer did I feel the sting of death from Ritki ranged attacks. Well a lot less at least
Was able to look at the build.
I think your over slotted in some powers, for example Tesla cage, short circuit, power sink.
Snow storm seems better then Flash freeze. No mobs will ever be held in Flash freeze longer then a few seconds unless your solo running +1+8 missions and pulled 2 groups of mobs. Even then one misplaced AOE and you ruined Flash Freeze. You might as well just slow everyone down to a halt as your AOEing them to death.
I think you could get Smash lethal and Either Ranged or Melee Capped or very close at least. Of course with getting either one of them capped you get energy and negative or fire and cold capped as well.
Further I think you should stick to maxing out AOE damage and have one one solid Ranged attack. Everything you do is AOE or PBAOE. Slot everything to max out your defenses. I would build for defenses and then slot the rest.
As a side note its not such a poor mans build with all those high end IOs, LOTG, Numi. Kinetic Combat.. -
File a police report and try to get in contact with someone in law enforcement computer crime unit.. I wouldn't try the feds but I would try local first if your in a big enough city. End result your gonna have to find someone who sort of cares and finds it interesting, and you need to not come off as some sort of kook or nut job.
I am aware or have been told that Google was doing something along the lines of photo recognition or photo searching ( fuzzy hashing ). It is a stretch, but if someone from law enforcement could reach out to Google, they might be inclined to help out in such a unique case.
I will ask around to some people I know, IF I come across some positive info I will PM you on where to reach me.
You mentioned in the link that 22 pieces were worth 1.5k to 2k each.. What is the total worth, all 48 pieces. Your just about 45k for the 22 pieces. An approximate value on the other pieces would be nice also. So when talking to someone I can say 22 at this price and the other 26 at about this price.
Again I do NOT want to get your hopes up high. I'm just gonna make some calls and see what answers I get and we can take it from there. -

Helps you plan out your builds.. Also it allows you to look at builds others have posted on the forums.
Personally I would go with Archery Traps. Archery has less Knock backs then Assault Rifle. You could eventually go into a group if you get defense capped and drop Rain of Arrow followed by Trip mine Basically massive AOE damage killing a bunch of mobs at once. Not saying that you cannot do this with Assault Rifle I just feel that Archery is better suited. Further a personal feeling only, but I believe Archery is a much newer set compared to Assault Rifle and I believe at least in my mind that they somewhat fixed the issues with Assault Rifle with Archery. I look at it as they looked at all the Knock back Assault Rifle has and heard the complaints others had with teaming with such issues and decided to make the Archery a bit more group friendly.
Plus as much as the supersoaker gun looks silly sometimes, I think it's much cooler looking then the other guns you can pick. At least thematically you can see where to flamerthrower comes from on the soaker gun, where as on a machine gun it pretty much comes out the same barrel the bullets do. Suspension of disbelief I guess, but I like the original supersoaker better in that department. You get to see the labels and such on the gun.
Mids Hero builder has a power comparison option also so you can compare Archery vs Assault Rifle in different aspects. Damage, recharge, etc.
If I further could suggest to make maybe a Kinetics/ ? character first.. Simply Picking up the appropriate Kinetics powers will get you teams. Pretty much everyone likes speed boost and other powers that Kinetics offers. At level 20 assuming you have speed boost people will ask or invite you to farms which will help you get game money or Tickets. ( all you need to know is both are good, hehe )
This will allow you a character to have as your finance toon and help you build up other characters. -

I was going to post also that you should ignore how the powers are placed as I just place powers for slotting bonuses and really for leveling purposes.. As I level I slot what is needed. So I would be doing exactly what you said, of course what was in my mind never came across to posting, sorry about that..
I was more interested in what people thought play wise.. Others sometimes see something I might have missed. Not that I feel every build needs to be "validated by forum members" but it sure doesn't hurt to see what people think. -

The build is a cheap end build. The toon is already 50.. I would probably purple out any set that I didn't need for defense, assuming I had the money. Maybe that would free up some slots for other things.
I'm not crazy about the endurance ratio, but nothing much I can do without swapping out some IOs for endurance component. Which I will do after some play testing if needed.
I was able to defense cap Ranged at 45% and almost capped Smash and Lethal. I think my issue is Cloaking Device will have some defense suppressed. I do not know how much will be suppressed. Anyone have a clue ?

I know defense wise having 3 positional defense cap is pretty much where you want to be. But at the cost of what else ? I did some Stalker Forum reading. Figured I would put up what I built in mids.
PLEASE ignore the levels at where powers are slotted. I just built the toon for the defense cap and not where powers would be slotted as I leveled. I usually just level and then respec at 45 or 47 if necessary to slot the IOs appropriately.. I usually mids build with powers in mind and then move them around a bit to get the slotting I want in them.

After reading all the threads and links I just found out I was farming wrong !!
I didn't know or think to turn off bosses.
Otherwise really nice stuff here and great read through all the threads.. Nice to learn a few things..
