Ewwwww...... Not that I have a problem with almond shaped eyes since one of the most beautiful women I will ever know possessed them but big slanted almond shaped eyes just makes them too alien for me.

Anyways, I dont have a problem myself with a slim person playing an elf as long as they get the ears right.
  4. Was thinking Bullitt ( http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1800042439/info ), but it would have to be a two-parter since the movie is almost two hours long. After reading the comments on your website Troy, I'd dearly love to see what they had to say about one of the most iconic chase scenes in Hollywood history.

I can see it now; "Lame compared to the Transporter, needs less drama and more action!"

Hmmmmm.... I dont know if that sort of enlightenment is good for my long range plans? I've been taking a Doomsday style approach to reincarnation and total consciusness would invariably equal ascesnsion.

How the hell would I ever be able to take over the world if that happened!

Your a little off in the size comparo Ironik, cockpits are proabably about the same but the SR-71 is a bigger plane by a good margin. The chines make the fuselage look a bit wider around the cockpit but its roughly the same width.

A few weekends ago me and my bro went out to the Va Air Museum at Richmond Intl. near Sandston Va and they have an F-14, SR-71, and A-7 sitting outside. (I grabbed the pic from Google Earth - actually saw it oneday when I made a wrong turn going to the local drag strip for some racing and finally made it out to see the plane, if anybody wants to check it out, just open GE and type in Sandston Va, the airport is easily found as it zooms in).

Sadly its in a poor state of repair, but what an awesome resto that would make provided you had a gazillion dollars to do it with

Now the Blackbird in the movie would be even larger (I guess atleast 2.5x to 3x larger).

Lets see; get the finances out of the way, go grab a good meal with some friends, maybe check out a movie, get the car cleaned up, grind some shards.

    Yep that looks like it.
  9. I dont know, I'll give it a try, at least its got the Blackbird

  11. Y'know what I'd like, a slightly different version of the police belt, one wihtout the PR22 baton. I dig the other bits and pieces on the belt and I'd also like to see it trimmed in regular light tan leather.

Even though I might not use it on a gun wielding toon, I do dig the look on some characters (ala' Captain America or any number of 40'/50's era heros that used to sport a side arm along with the regular hero costume).

Well except for the "they would forgive him for it" part (Kahn wasn't big on forgiving - especally when spitting on you from hell's heart ) Kirk's greatest nemisis possesed those same traits.

Snubbed? On the last WST, I was snubbed for a brute. The team had an open spot and waited for a brute to come by (or put out a call).

I guess the feeling for some people is that squishies need not apply since they endanger the success of the mission (for whatever reason, I've posted elsewhere about the teams I was on and as far as the WST is concerned, none of them failed).

    Me too! hee!
Hmmmm... in this case the needs of the few or one outweigh the needs of the many. If I were an actual super in the game, I couldn't abide by it. Willingly entering into the ranks of the seers out of a sense of duty is one thing, to be enslaved even for the good of many is quite another.

It occurred to me after seeing this, I'd really love to have the Warburg nuke as an incarnate power.

I cant get enough of its 'splody animation Luckily aquiring the nuke isn't to much of a hassle most of the time now'a days.
  18. WarMain - Powered Exoskeleton. I suppose if you wanted to get right down to the nitty gritty, it might just even be the rikti derived power source since I've slotted the end redux alpha currently, but in the broader scope of things, I think the Well has just inspired WarMain's alter ego by revealing even deeper technological mysteries.

If asked, I'm sure Arno (War's alter ego) would be quick to quote Han Solo and hookey religions when it comes to where his incarnate abilites stem from

I really need to work it out for his ouroboros entry --->shameless self promotion<--- http://ouroportal.com/wiki/WarMain_(Pinnacle) --->shamless self promotion<---

War's backstory is simple enough; driven by revenge, Arno restarts an old project, improves on an exoskeleton and hits the streets of Paragon in order to perfect his design, along the way War learns there is more to life than revenge so he decides its better to become a hero. In his quest as a hero, WarMain is constantly improving the condition and technology of his armor. At times this has led him to do dubious things (alignment system) but he feels that in order to properly protect Paragon City, even the world at large its a nessecary evil. In the end Arno as WarMain attracts the attention of the Well and through its revelation, Arno has decided he cant ignore what the Well offers. He knows its not just heros or vigilantes the Well favors, but its anybody with the will and power to attract the attention of the Well, good or evil.

It is hard to find teams outside of 50 though right now. I agree.
Wow, I've done the WST STF with the following combination

    1 Tank, 1 Brute, 4 Controllers, 1 Defender, 1 Blaster
    1 Tank, 3 Scrappers, 2 Controllers, 1 Blaster, 1 Defender
    1 Tank, 1 Scrapper, 1 Widow, 1 Stalker, 2 Defenders, 1 Blaster, 1 Controller

All three were a success, all three were done in slightly more than an hour and deaths were by and large very low.

The only AT that seems to be needed in an STF is the tank and then only for the vine mission and giving Lord Recluse somebody to play with while everybody else is raiding his toybox.

Speaking of the sewers, how about the Sewer Trial. A pain in the **** (well it was back in the day) but content I miss. It would be nice if there was a reason to go back again.
  21. Well I'm not complaining! If it allows me to do the TF's that I've missed then I'll be one happy camper! As a soloer it always seems that unless I get a TF done in the week it comes out I wont be doing it on Pinnacle at least.
