This. The movies themselves weren't that bad, although there were parts that were completely groan worthy and Car Car Binks was annoying. But G1 wasn't all that great, either, for it's own reasons. I probably won't see this new movie, though, considering I haven't seen the third Transformers yet. Really want too, though. Love Shockwave.

Quote:Agreed. I don't play females, either, and I love this little update."I never play villains. It's not fair that people who play both heroes and villains should get double the content when we're paying the exact same amount of money."
I dunno, man. It doesn't quite track.
Quote:Hey, I've got an idea.
The most common argument here is that women have more clothing options than men in real life, so they should in the game too, right? Okay. Women's clothing costs more in real life than men's, too, so therefore all female costume options should cost more than the male equivalents from now on. -

Quote:So no more corsets, dresses, high heels, or other feminine pieces of clothing that you actually see women commonly wear in the real world? Some things just makes sense for women only to wear, that's how the world is. It's not like the artists are saying "We're gonna make an awesome hat for girls only" More like "This pack would go great with a dress in it, along with what we have designed for everyone." Much like the Pocket D pack was. I really didn't see many people, if anyone at all, clamoring for a male version of that Metallic dress women got.I'm... unhappy with this. I know other people have brought up the "gender equality" card and already been beaten down for it because "everyone is happier this way."
I'm not. This right here basically means that females will get female-only parts, and unless there are "serious clipping issues," they'll also get all the male parts.
How about from now on, you just don't make any female-only costume options anymore and just make everything unisex? It seems that's the only possible way to get gender equality in this crowd. -
Quote:This. Mercs already fill the "Guys with guns" role for Mastermind pets. What I'd ultimately like to see is selections of model skins made available in the power customization screen. I think I'd like to see Police or SWAT models made available as a customized selection for both Mercs and Thugs. I think having a selection of model choices in the drop-downs could work for all MM sets. No need to adjust any of the powers themselves, just give the player a choice of which model they'd like to use for that particular summon power.

Might just be because there hasn't been as big of a demand for the Legacy Chain pieces as there was for Carnie pieces. I imagine the Legacy Chain would be in the high-middle of their list of enemy groups and sig pieces to port over to players.

Remember when we had to take a train to Steel Canyon or Skyway, just so we could take another train somewhere else. Good times.

All great ideas. And I totally agree. New zones fill up quickly, then fade out fast in favor of the RWZ and AP and it's DFB/AE. Give us a TF that takes us to the moon or an actual space station that isn't just a Praetorian lab map, and I'm sure the playerbase would love that TF to forever. Give us an entire zone that would probably take four Issues to create and only has three contacts worth of content in it, and one zone event, and it'll be forgotten about by the next Issue.

Gotta agree with Venture. Your identity is safe in the sense that no one will really care who you actually are, and you can easily keep your identity secret from, say, some Skulls or Trolls or Outcasts. But if Arachnos, Longbow, or Nemesis really wanted to know who you were, it wouldn't be hard at all to hack into a database or two, read your mind, see through your disguise, etc. And you can pretty safely bet Malta already knows who you are, where you live, your favorite hobbies, and where you were born.

Anything to help clean up the clutter of having so many currencies. Shards and the Notice of the Well are old news, now. I wouldn't mind if they got swept away like Base Salvage was, and were replaced with Threads/Astrals.

This. I had high hopes that the market would let me buy costume parts when I wanted/needed them, at my own pace as I get ideas for new costumes or characters. But all it's doing is telling me "Buy this now! Buy it now or you'll never see it again!" Sorry, but no. I'll buy costume pieces as I need them. And if it turns out I might actually need something from this pack four months down the line, then I guess we both lose, since the pack won't be available. You'll be out money, and I'll be out a costume part. I'm not gonna buy this pack, or any other, just because there's a chance I might need something from it later on down the line.

You also have to understand he's in the background in that shot, kind of hunched over. It'll make him seem shorter than he actually is.

Vanguard. That Vanguard back detail they get.
And I agree. When back details became something we could actually have, I assumed they'd quickly bust out as many current in game jetpacks and back pieces as possible for player characters to use. That at least would've been the smart thing to do. But after how many months have gone by we still only have two options, plus a couple others if you're a Tier 9 VIP. It's like they finally come out with back pieces as a viable option, and then just ignore it in favor of more coats and pants. -
Didn't like the whole Dark Knight angle of Spiderman being hunted down by police being a primary focus of the movie. Other than that? Probably gonna go see it.

I just want more Loyalist content. To continue working as an agent of Cole. The Power arc really didn't make it seem like I was defecting at the end, just checking out Primal Earth and, when the time came, I could still ally myself with Cole. If they want to shoe horn us into being a good guy at the end of the story, just start shifting the focus of the story onto you becoming a Praetor in the 45-50 range.
You could then see the other Praetors begin to go crazy from the Well first hand and personal. Then have Cole say he has different plans for the player character in case the whole Well business fails. He sends his Warworks and Olympian Guards after you to capture you and bring you in. His plan is to have Praetor Berry experiment on you, maybe fuse you with aspects of the Hamidon to create a horrible monster he can release into Primal Earth. That way, you have a pretty damn good reason to defect from Cole's regime, but it doesn't step all over your character.
Doubt it'll ever happen, though. 5% of people probably still play Loyalist, and 1% probably want more story out of it.
