And I agree. When back details became something we could actually have, I assumed they'd quickly bust out as many current in game jetpacks and back pieces as possible for player characters to use. That at least would've been the smart thing to do. But after how many months have gone by we still only have two options, plus a couple others if you're a Tier 9 VIP. It's like they finally come out with back pieces as a viable option, and then just ignore it in favor of more coats and pants.
Vanguard, specifically the back-detail armour plate that all their NPCs have (two variants, in fact, one for Minions and LTs, the other for Bosses)
The suggestion, which I honestly shouldn't be having to make, is to give Players that back detail(s). Because, you know, the excuse was always 'We can't do back details besides capes'. Which is no longer true. So....?

VG as in Vanguard Back-Plates, the pieces of back-armor that some of the Vanguard NPCs have (I've also seen it on some of the armor suits in First Ward).

As to the topic at hand, I'm not familiar with the pieces in question, but I would like to see more chest armor pieces that went all the way around the body. The current Vanguard chest plates (and Enforcer plates, and IDF plates, and...) look rather awkward, so if this would be a piece that could balance that out, I'd be all for it!
Yeah, I would provide screen-shots of what I mean...but there don't seem to be any handy on the Wiki or anything. Annoyingly.
