So i have this concept of a flying villain with cosmic powers. Flight leaves traps out of the equation so i went with rad, thermal was another choice but for one of its goals its untested and doesnt provide as much benefits as rad other than buffing a patron pet.
Since i want this toon to be able to solo tough targets what chain am i going for?
currently flares, fb, flares, blaze looks feasible with the recharge and defense i´m shooting fo.
How much defense do i need? Go all the way to softcap or near it and rely on RI?
Do ineed perma hasten or can i get away wit a few second of downtime?

You can make some starting capital pretty fast by crafting uncommon recipies.
Recently i transferd over 10 million to a lowbie, went through the popular uncommon recipies with good cheap stock(up to 300k per recipy) crafted a couple pretty fast since you dont have to deal with rare salvage. Had 5 million left. Checked the crafed prices and undercut the going rate so it would sell fast but still with profit. Then the next day i collected 30 million bought myself a -kb io and money to craft some more.
Usually start dipping into rares/purples when i have about 100 million. -

RoF is awesome on corrs.
Personally at a quick glance i would slot seekers better so you can use them to take alphas the -dmg will help you against eb´s so slot for as much recahrge as possible. would also reslot caltrops fro damage.
If you are getting stealth that late might as well invest in a stelth io(jump or run) and plug it sprint.
Would also slot more recharge for mortar so you can double stack more often.
I would drop tactics and move the set to aim. -

yes i see it on my stalker and its debuffs causing scatter.

I thought Achille heel doesnt stack from the same caster. Since you(caster) are granting the debuff to the mob not the power itself.
Also the theory 300+ bane relies on pets that you cant control and theres no way to guarantee that you gettin max damage if there happens to be more than one av.
Both are good toons though that can provide differnt things for a team. -
Yeah my kins love ninja run and it allows me to delay or skip travel powers for certain builds.

BF, SS, Gloom, Ablating with both -res procs sounds tasty.

The only thing i dislike about kb is mobs getting stuck in walls, roofs and floors thanks to buggy maps.

Flares, fire blast, flares. blaze would be pretty endurance efficient(for fire blast) and flares is proc friendly thanks to its low base recharge adn endurance consumption.
Think fire blast, fire ball, blaze is the best chain(for raw dps) but not certain. -
So you can tear up the rest of the spawn with 1k crits.

I will point out, it is possible that this is not a 'standard' defeat badge. For example, the badge for defeating Lusca is granted to everyone in the area, even if they have done ZERO damage.
