Yes, you can create macros in your bar to click on, but as far as I know you can't assign an icon, just some text that displays on the button.
Probably the best place to get started is the ParagonWiki, check the section on Macros for instructions on how to create one.
Just a note, I don't know anything about WoW macros, but here they are fairly restricted in that you can't fire a sequence of powers with just one macro, but you can do a load of useful things with them. -

The system is set so that if you don't update your ticket periodically, it is dismissed as resolved. If you want it fixed in a timely fashion, you have to keep your ticket hot.
Make sure you keep at them, and if nothing happens ask the Community guys to take a look. They are here to help

For the second quarter in a row my Veteran's Rewards have not been credited to my account when they should have been.
No worries I thought, last time I just submitted a support ticket and somebody corrected it (kind of).
This time my ticket seems to have vanished into a black hole with just a "we're escalating your ticket" reply from GM Andre over two weeks ago.
Is anyone else having any luck getting through to Support? Are they just snowed under dealing with all the hacked Aion accounts?
If any of the community chaps/chapesses around here could take a look it's ticket 100124-003397 -

I can't stay logged in for more than a day, but I think it's to do with the cookie that sets the EU/NA preference.
When you check the Remember Me box on log in the username and password cookies have an expiry of today + 1 year, but the authRegion cookie that remembers I am an EU member has an expiry of today + 20 hours. When that expires I'm kicked out again and have to log back in.
Again, this is using Firefox 3.5, and I've given up logging in everytime....

Mine have been like clockwork, except for the last one (48mths) when I had to log a support ticket to get it. Hopefullly the next one will be back on track....

The biggest problem (according to a Dev, I believe it was Ghost Falcon) is that the EU client differs from the NA client. Ours is modified for example to handle German and French.
I'd love a server list merge...the opportunity to go from 2 english speaking servers to 13 would be too much for my altitis to handle.

When signing in to the boards I check the "Remember Me" checkbox so that I don't have to keep signing in.
The problem is that it doesn't remember me for very long. Having investigated it looks like although the userid and password cookies have a life of about a year on them, the authRegion cookie that remembers the EU/NA choice has a lifespan of about 18 hours.
When this cookie expires, the boards "forget" you and you have to log in again.
I guess this is a customisation of the boards for our particular scenario, but can someone fix it so the cookie has a longer lifespan?

As far as I know it never ran on top of the game in Vista (my mate complained non-stop about this after migrating from XP to Vista) and the same with Windows 7 (I'm running WIn7 x64 RC and never managed to get it to sit over the game window)
This might be different if you run the game windowed, I don't know - I always run full-screen. The application itself runs just fine. -
I have no problems logging in, but the "Remember Me" doesn't remember me for very long...

I've turned off signatures and images, then added the following AdBlock Plus rules:
