What has happened to NCSoft Support?

I've updated the ticket twice, I guess I'll try PMing one of the CM guys/gals.
This is a known issue with an "upcoming" fix. I recently had it affect my account, too...and got it resolved in 36 hours. It's on you to keep your ticket hot.

For the second quarter in a row my Veteran's Rewards have not been credited to my account when they should have been.

No worries I thought, last time I just submitted a support ticket and somebody corrected it (kind of).
This time my ticket seems to have vanished into a black hole with just a "we're escalating your ticket" reply from GM Andre over two weeks ago.
Is anyone else having any luck getting through to Support? Are they just snowed under dealing with all the hacked Aion accounts?
