I like them, they're good fill in powers at low lvl. I just wish they come complete with a tad bit MORE accuracy than they have.

That's what Insights are for.

I have never chosen the Ghost Slaying Ax option and am curious about those who have. What mobs did they work against?

I haven't played with MA at all, but I figured there had to be a way to pick certain enemies out, since that's what the Comm. Officer missions were. -
[ QUOTE ]
Why are there no higher level fire-based enemy factions? I need one for an MA story/arc.
[/ QUOTE ]
How high?
I haven't played around with MA, but if you can pick specific enemies, outcasts have fire types that go to 20. Or CoT demons and Fir Bolg beyond that. -
You had it correct before, it's for each foe damaged, even just a little, that you will get a merit for on the Rikti mothership raid.
I often run solo on my empath defender on Protector's weekly raid, and I have thousands of merits. I am certainly not getting kills. I watch the tanks round them up, drop and irradiate in the middle of it, and the merits just roll in while I get back to healing/buffing everyone in sight. -
There's also a slash command. For example, I use this on all my characters to get the basic info I want. Much easier than trying to get many characters just right.

Hmmm, I didn't even notice the title, I assumed he was saying Devouring Earth (DE) was the new meow.
Now I'm more confuzzeled then ever.
So I'll just say:

It is a Teen game. Personally i think kids should not even touch that game. It is not for them. Simple as that.
[/ QUOTE ]
Well it is up to the parent to decide, that is the reason for the rating system. The only thing I really see that could warrant this as 'teen' is the online experience with other players. The gameplay is certainly E10+.
[/ QUOTE ]
It says right on the box "Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to play"
[/ QUOTE ]No, it doesn't. Try actually looking at something before saying what it says.

Read the fine print. Middle of the text in the red box. -
A work around would be to create a new character (any server). Type /ChatSave, then log into the character you want to fix and then type /ChatLoad. That will set them to default.
From there, tweak them until you have it just right and type /ChatSave again. That will become the default on any new characters you make. -
Also, there are plenty of powers with similar names, but the links are different. For example, a /Fire tank has [Tanker_Melee.Fiery Melee.Fire Sword Circle], but just [Fire Sword Circle]pulls up the Fire Manipulation version (blaster version?).
But as _Acyl_ said, you just have to get it right.
Try [Vomit] or [Toy Bat] in game for some fun -

it will automatically fail anything though
(if its a rescue mission dropping it will fail the mission)
[/ QUOTE ]
If the mission can be failed, the "Drop Mission" option isn't even given.
[/ QUOTE ]
That conflicts with what BrokenPrey was saying. You can fail the stop 30 firbolg mission, yet BP (and many others) consistently drop it. -

You have to be a sidekick/lackey to try them below the minimum.

If you are below the minimum level, you will not be able to do the TF/SF. -

Do you guys understand that you can't change storage bin permissions while in base edit mode right?
[/ QUOTE ]
While I haven't checked to see if it's true, the patch notes says:
"Added individual permissions for each storage container in a supergroup base. These are accessible under the "Permissions" tab in the item window when editing the base."
For all I know, though, it could be wrong.

Babbage is base level 17, Lusca is base level 25, Jurassik is base level 40 and Kronos Titan is base level 50,
[/ QUOTE ]
Minor correction, Babbage is 19, Jurassik is 39. -
Red or blue side?
Blue side, only in missions or PI. -
Once you have it fixed, type /ChatSave. If it messes up again, you can type /ChatLoad to fix it.

(if its a rescue mission dropping it will fail the mission)
[/ QUOTE ]
That's incorrect. From the patch notes:
"Dropping a mission will carry with it everything that completing the mission successfully does. It will advance story arcs, improve Contact XP, grant special powers, give Mission Complete XP, etc." -
Look under your contact menu and see if you already have two open arcs (book icons). The demon farm from Harvey is part of his story arc (second part of his Empower the Bands of Shu mission).
If you already have 2 open arcs, you will be unable to get Harvey's story arc. Go back and clear one out and talk to Harvey again. -

Well this is one I run into with my Hero I'm working on
All Defenders can heal.
My Trick Arrow/Electricity Defender would have trouble healing others (maybe handing out green inspirations)
[/ QUOTE ]
What, you have gotten your heal arrow yet? And the Clear Mind arrow is great, too bad it only works on the enemies, in one ear and out the other

Even though you don't see it, the zombies are level 30. Damage is scaled to the appropriate level using mechanics similar to the Giant Monster scaling. I believe the Rikti invasion is the same way. -

Yeah, fairly recent.
I had a guy sitting by it to get the badge, and I logged in a day or two after the move. No day job time for the badge, just lots more time on the commuter badge.

Good point, since sands of mu were mentioned, I assumed Vet rewards. Regular sands is affected by all buffs, damage included. -
They are affected by +acc, and I'm pretty sure +recharge affects them, but I don't believe the damage can be enhanced at all. -
You might try asking over at the UBB.Thread forums. The people who make the software would be in the best position to know.
