The soft cap is good for enemies up to +5 to your level. Enemies up to this point will get a bonus to accuracy, but will still have their to hit floored. At +6 and higher, they start to get a to hit bonus as well and extra defense beyond the soft cap will start to be taken into account.

But the red side one has secretly hacked into the blue sides computers and whenever he gets paid, he pockets it and just sets the base to "paid in full", only occasionally actually paying off the blue side one so as not to rouse suspicion.

Actually, you can. I just tested it out. My scrapper is still a part of my personal SG, but fully villain, so he obviously can't get to Registrar in AP/GC to pay rent. But I just hit the one in Port Oaks and he happily took my prestige to pay the rent.

Nope, that's not it. I've had that reward for several months now, and the performance shifter proc was giving only +10 end until this last patch. Now I'm seeing the same thing as Spruce.

I'm pretty sure that the only server that's shared between the Euro and US servers is the market server. I could be wrong though.

Nearly all attacks have at least two types. There are some attacks that do no not have a positional component.

Very good catch. My poor old eyes couldn't see that. The fancy curly ones like that do not work. For a single command like this, you don't even need the quotes. Only when you chain multiple commands with the double dollar signs ($$) (and the occasional fancy chat binds) do you need the quotes.

This is incorrect. The Teleport Stealth IO will work for 120 seconds after you click the teleport power. The only change to the stealth IOs (and all 120 sec IOs) was that when placed in toggles, they stop working after you toggle the power off. There was no change to when they're placed in auto or click powers

PowExec_Tray is supposed to do exactly what he's trying to do.

Works here ok. I'd suggest double checking to make sure the power is exactly where you think it is and that you typed in the command correctly. Use /ShowBind to double check it.

What's wrong with using the same system as the global friend invite. Works when off line, /ignore to avoid being spammed by it.

The run I went on with Kid had 2 corruptors layering Ice armor, at least 1 rad
corruptor, a stone brute (Kidengineer) taunting States & friends. Only Kid got within melee range and the rest of us just opened fire from a distance.
