Quote:The soft cap is good for enemies up to +5 to your level. Enemies up to this point will get a bonus to accuracy, but will still have their to hit floored. At +6 and higher, they start to get a to hit bonus as well and extra defense beyond the soft cap will start to be taken into account.oh I c
So if I fight even con I newed only 45% def to soft cap. But I would need more if I'm fighitng +1 mobs?
also how do I get my defeence resistance up? Can I get it from items or is it my powersets only? I got /shield and I think it only gives like 10/20% resistance and seems like it's not doing anything -
Quote:I'd imagine that the hero side registrars would be honest and pass along the social standing properly. But the red side one has secretly hacked into the blue sides computers and whenever he gets paid, he pockets it and just sets the base to "paid in full", only occasionally actually paying off the blue side one so as not to rouse suspicion. Now I'm imagining some elaborate accountancy system whereby the Port Oakes and Atlas Park registrars settle up their debts at the end of every month, exchanging appropriate amounts of the social standing that they collected in order to keep the lights on and the teleporters running.

Quote:There's a SG registrar in Port Oaks.Wait a second... how can you pay SG rent if you're a villain? You lose access to Paragon City, and the registrar in City Hall.
Actually, you can. I just tested it out. My scrapper is still a part of my personal SG, but fully villain, so he obviously can't get to Registrar in AP/GC to pay rent. But I just hit the one in Port Oaks and he happily took my prestige to pay the rent. -
Quote:That would seem reasonable, but the OPs experience shows otherwiseI'd think that if you ran a Lady Grey with all heroes, it'd spawn in the hero zones, villains only in a villain zone, and a mixed, maybe both?

But also according to the wiki, it is also "Depending on the make up of the team completing the task force".
This is the info that the OP was going off of in a previous thread (my fault). I couldn't find anything to support this statement, so I went ahead and changed the wiki info. -
Yep, U.S. servers here and I didn't see anything.

Nope, that's not it. I've had that reward for several months now, and the performance shifter proc was giving only +10 end until this last patch. Now I'm seeing the same thing as Spruce.

At the top of every single thread in this section of the board:
Quote:Player Questions Got a Question? Get an answer! Players helping players find information related to CoH/CoV. -
My suggesting is to run Herostats and try various difficulty levels. Herostats will tell you exactly how much xp per hour you are earning and you can then make an informed decision.

Panzerwaffen is correct on all accounts. His post is the one you want to refer to.

The only thing I can think of is the 34-43 respec trial. And you always have the 44-50 as an alternate option for that.
-
It's not the font that's the problem, it's the "auto correct" feature of your word processor. I know both Microsoft's Word and OpenOffice's Writer both do this.
Here's a (hopefully) helpful link: How to Turn Straight Quotes Into Curly Quotes (and Vice Versa) in Word -
Very good catch. My poor old eyes couldn't see that. The fancy curly ones like that do not work. For a single command like this, you don't even need the quotes. Only when you chain multiple commands with the double dollar signs ($$) (and the occasional fancy chat binds) do you need the quotes.

This is incorrect. The Teleport Stealth IO will work for 120 seconds after you click the teleport power. The only change to the stealth IOs (and all 120 sec IOs) was that when placed in toggles, they stop working after you toggle the power off. There was no change to when they're placed in auto or click powers

Quote:PowExec_Tray is supposed to do exactly what he's trying to do.Last I checked, you cannot bind to a specific tray number.
The closest you can do is to use slot, altslot, and alt2slot which bind to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd displayed trays in the main power tray.
Works here ok. I'd suggest double checking to make sure the power is exactly where you think it is and that you typed in the command correctly. Use /ShowBind to double check it. -

Quote:The run I went on with Kid had 2 corruptors layering Ice armor, at least 1 radTruthfully, I'm really just interested in seeing how to take down States and crew without the use of Nukes/shivans, without becoming the mop that they use to clean up after the party.
corruptor, a stone brute (Kidengineer) taunting States & friends. Only Kid got within melee range and the rest of us just opened fire from a distance. -
