why has my test server now decided to want to change filenames and cannot?

Have tried to run my test server but all I get after clicking my test updater is:- failed to rename CohTest\cohupdater.exe to CohTest\cohupdater.prv

Also got a 460 here. I had heat issue's, but buying a 700watt PSU solved it for me.

Hmm Kendai, was this done in the heat of the moment?, I have teamed with you in the past and you have always come across as a pretty nice chap.

You cannot do this morally Kendai, the channel is not yours to do with as you deem fit, you did not create it and was made long before your time. This borders on finding out someones account details and you changing the password to their account and using their toons.

Hopefully mate you will have had a good nights sleep and woke up and relise the situation and act accordingly.

Just that for those that never get invited to closed betas or are on the EU servers don't stand much chance of getting this badge.

My views are pretty much the same as everyone else's, but would like to add that if City of.... plans another expansion would they be kind enough to send it our way, that for me was the biggest hurt of all and felt badly betrayed that all my subscriptions and super boosters packs I purchased went on packages and bumpf that I was never going to get.

May I also add that even though we didn't recieve a shelved copy of GR, Defiant (Other EU servers I can't say for) has still stayed strong and held it's numbers very well despite this, to me that shows a hell of a lot of loyalty towards NCsoft it would be nice to see some of that returned.

Nothing much I ain't done, think my tick list is pretty complete but am always up for something new.

Logging on to Defiant for the very first time and only seeing 5 players, thought to my self woops bad move coming from US lol, how wrong could I have been 6 years later.

Rolling my 1st toon (Broadside)and not knowing about Stamina.
Free month of Game time due to bad lag.
The 1st time I see someone on a Peacebringer, I didn't even know they were in game.
The after party conga around Atlas after deafeating Hami for the 1st time.

Just a thought and going by my own experience. About 4-5? years ago the main aim for me was to get lvl53 SO's either by TF-ing or burning bounty in PvP zones. After the introduction of the Invention system, those lvl53 SO's came pretty redundant for me.

Now I am starting to notice with the introduction of the Incarnate Slots I am tending to not bother what recipes/Reward Merits I get on TF's and all I'm interested in is the Incarnate Salvage/Shards as the bonuses these offer far outweigh the recipe bonuses.

Suppose what i'm wondering is once all of the Incarnate slots have been opened will I even need anything more but your basic I'O's?. Just with the Alpha slot I am hitting soft caps without the need for expensive recipes.

Will Invention Recipes go the same way as the lvl 53 SO?

Approaching 7 years now 1 on US server and the other 6 on Defiant I am apart of the TUSC EU Site or for those who don't know The Ugly Slaz Comittee. About time someone took the mantle off of Omega MCX for organising events (think he has been gone for quite a while now).

I did an Apex with my Stoney and found it quite easy, more easier than the other Tank (Dark/Fire). 1st instance with BM the spears didn't appear to do much damage and my stoney found he could bathe in them quite easily with Roots and Dull Pain up, on BM's return the spears increased damage so switched tactics to just herd the ambushes whilst the rest of the team spanked BM. Worked for me this tactic, if others are having a problem with stoneys on this give it a whirl.

P.s Just to add my Stoney is a bit of freak and has Fly not TP, so at no point did I have to TP away from splash zones.

Tried another way around it last night by opening 5 instances of the updater, this seemed to work pretty quickly.

I know it's not ideal but at least you can get into the game quicker through the updater without having reset comp or router.

Yep, having this issue also, connects fine when I first start up comp; but if I log out, updater will not connect again until I restart comp.

Think this is an issue with the EU updater only.

Good point, I never considered that, hmm If I was to try it again would have to be salvage then.

Personally if I were to try this sort of thing again; I would hit a recipe rather than salvage.
I might need more Inf to do it, but I wouldn't require alting so much and that was the hassle for me on that trial.

When I finally get around to doing it, I will remember to take screenie's next time
What I will aim for is a Recipe ( Gaussian or something that requires all recipes to get best out bonuses) with high enough supply to it and a low supply of same recipe crafted (hopefully under 10, so I can use 1 alt).
Will then buy up all crafted and un-crafted and see how I go.

I am currently a Rogue working my way towards becoming hero; now my problem is when I do co-op mishes or tf's all the tip drops are for Rogue or Villian.

It would be nice if you can get tip drops for both sides as you are on co-op content.

Hehe, I didn't think of screenshots was done without much thought into it at first. It got more interesting for me well in to Day 2 and by then far to late to start screenshots as such.

lol I wasn't about to start all over again, as it was quite time consuming and boring for most parts.

I just wish they didn't have the 30 second timer to switch chars, would have made life a lot easier.
