Reading je_saist's posts embarassing himself in public while giving 'advice' is a regular hobby for a few forum posters here. We even have a drinking game about it.
  2. Alignment powers are not affected by global recharge. Seems like any "extra powers" that came out after i11.5 are not affected by recharge, yet another way of Castle saying "SCREW YOU! HA HA HA" to IO'd players.

It's also worth noting that Geas/FoN affects its own recharge (much like Hasten) and the recharge of every other accolade that can be affected by recharge
  3. I've seen the Flytrap refered to as "Chompy"

Lusca (who is technically 9 GMs) "only" took me around 90mins on my defender, and that was without using any temps or insps. Most other GMs either take around 15mins or just can't be done at all.

Yeah, most competent AV soloers can do most AVs in 5mins, 10 for the tougher ones.

The reason I doubt any Ill/Rad can take out the Kronos Titan is because of his high psi resistance (being a robot and all) and higher debuff resistances (being generally a level 50 GM) AND higher hp.

The only two ATs I've heard of soloing Lusca are an Ill/Rad and a Rad/Sonic, but since a Bots/Traps MM is generally tougher than a Rad/Sonic I'd think it's possible. Or at least it will be when / if the Bots AI is fixed so they don't ignore Goto commands and run into melee...
Has nothing to do with being tougher and everything to do with Lusca's head killing your henchmen AND traps.

Huh, that is weird. I definitely didn't remeber that power was there, nor did I expect it to be. Then again I'm not exactly a Blaster expert

The problem there is that the kb is the primary mitigation in Lightning Clap. The Stun only has a 50% chance of working plus it's only mag 2 so it only stuns minions.
Which Blaster powerset has Lightning Clap?

    My Epic FM/SD

That build does indeed have quite a few glaring holes I'm not even going to bother to point out. If he's having fun with his build and the character works for him, that's all that matters anyways *shrug*
  11. Sapper: Elec/Energy/Mu Dom
Mayhem: Grav/Storm Controller, though having stuff flying around in this game is usually counter productive and most often than not ends up producing less xp/hr and more pissed off teammates
    Invincible toon: Elec/Dark or Dark/Dark Tanker with +def and +rech through IO's
  12. Better management of interruptions such as BU, Hasten, Conserve Power, click mez protection, etc.

When you use these powers that interrupt your DPS, you want to replace them for the lowest DPA attack (FS), and you also want to keep your highest DPA attack (Inc) in a permanent state of recharge, not wasting a fraction of a second of its recharge time.
  13. Hero: Goodie Two-Shoes, Protect the Innocent
Vigilante: Villain who goes after other bad guys
Rogue: Mercenary, Freelancer, usually focused on heroic deeds but for profit
Villain: Ambition, Power/Control, Destruction, Chaos, Anarchy
  14. As always, I recomend the Cremate -> Fire Sword -> Incinerate attack chain. In that order, for benefits that may not seem obvious at first.

    • -30% resistance (all) for 30 seconds

    • -30% defense (all) for 30 seconds

    • Does not stack from same caster
This doesn't actually sound half bad, but the numbers are way overinflated. I would think a -250% regen for 10 seconds (which is the debuff found on envenomed daggers, and AS recharges before that anyways) and [Pyre Mastery.Melt Armor] numbers for -res/-def. That'd be more reasonable

  19. I personally enjoy the concept of being just as powerful as the signature characters. Standing toe-to-toe with the likes of Ms Liberty, Captain Mako and Requiem has a very epic feel to it. Unlike men, all of our toons are created equal, and it's up to the player to invest enough time and effort in his character to be as powerful as the most powerful NPC's. Same thing applies for GMs, except people usually don't believe you when you tell them that you soloed Lusca with your Defender using no temps and no insps
