MM what server is this going to be based?
As i happen to have an AR/Dev blaster called Marinemayhem (50) :P I could hop servers if necessary, or just make a new guy. -
all my toons have either Marine or Shadow in them, the first (sometimes second) word descriptive of their powers. For example
Psionic Shadow - psi dom
Storm Marine - storm defender
Arrow Marine - bow blaster
Shadow Sword - katana scrapper
and of course
Shadow Marine - warshade
its very rare that i dont do something like this, but its normally catchy anyway -

I personally use tray 1 human attacks, tray 2 nova attacks and toggle, tray 3 dwarf attacks and toggle, tray 4 human defence/heals, tray 5 everything else, and use binds to change between trays and forms. o is my nova, p human, [ is dwarf.
So my o bind changes to nova and bottom tray to tray 2
my p bind changes to human, bottom tray to tray 1 and activates shining shield (on pb)
my [ bind changes to dwarf, bottom tray to 3.
I always have three trays up: 1/2/3, 4 and 5 for easy access to everything.
Similar binds to your macros though, as i use:
/bind o, "goto_tray 2$$powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_on Bright Nova"
/bind p, "goto_tray 1$$powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_on Shining Shield"
/bind [, "goto_tray 3$$powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$powexec_toggle_on White Dwarf"
the toggle off sections allow me to change from Nova->Dwarf and vice versa - very handy
If you need to use these binds feel free, but if its a WS you need to change the "Shining shield" to whatever the WS one is called because its name escapes me atm :P -
you dont need hurdle at 49, so i recommend resilience. Its handy after a waky if revive is recharging as has stun protect and has some +res. And because its auto you dont have to worry about it. Beats jumping slightly higher (you do have fly for that) anyway :P

Not bad but the only problem i see is
Superspeed's IO (+Stealth) and Superjumps (+Stealth) are both Unique because of the Stealth, so basically you can only have one with a +stealth in it.
But other than that, even though i havent played one, looks like a nice build. -

I havent added any enhancements, just the number of slots i think i should place
Any help is appreciated, whether you post a new build or just update mine, all is appreciated.

All Scrappers Can increase their chances, and some have naturally better defenses, for example -
Regens can use Dull Pain so that the AS doesnt do too much
Spines can use Quills to reveal the stalker
Dark Armor has its Toggle PBAoE like Quills
SR have Focused Sense +perception
And even if your not one of these, their are other things you can do :-
Tactics - get the leadership pool
Caltrops - Doesnt seem like much, but it has saved me from stalkers before - if you want to stand still, surround yourself with Caltrops
Focused Accuracy - if you are an SR and you take tactics as well, as far as i know you have a pretty good chance of seeing a lot of stalkers
Run your PBAoE now and again - for example Lotus Drops, Dragon's Tail or Spine Burst - you never know what might be waiting behind you, ive been lucky with Lotus Drops a few times.
The one thing i do know is nerfing Stalkers isnt the way forward - they need something good to count for their low hitpoints. -

kat/regen for the win! I love my one. I never took divine avalanche or fighting set, my guy pwns without. Of course i am always trying new things, but i found a build that suits me. If you want it, just let me know and il post it up here.

How to play
====================
As you know, in IP there is a tunnel to steel canyon. This is the goal net. The first player stand in this goal. His aim is to stop the other playing scoring.
Player two will stand next to the IP police van, a short run away. there is a gate next to her, of whichcan fall down and instantly respawn. This is the ball. The aim of this player is to ram the gate into the steel canyon goal, without going into Steel Canyon or the goalie stopping it. This player will have five ATTEMPTS then will swap with the goalie. The goalie will then have his attempts, then count the score. The winner has the most goals!
Prize: Bet influence on the game before the game starts, eg 50k.
Alternate version: Lightning Ip Ball
How to play: Same as before, but with superspeed
