havent had a look thru it all but 1 thing that jumped out of me is ur leaping powers. if u plan to use combat jumping most of the time it will need jump enhances in there. if u plan to use super jump most of the time it will need end red enhances in there
Well, I dont have a clue about regens BUT:
You have put a Numina regen/recovery in Fast Healing, another in Dull Pain, another in Health and another one in Instant Healing, I am afraid it is a Unique enhancement so you can't use more than one in the same toon.
Besides, good luck finding all those sets at lvl 53.-
Get divine avalanche earlier, waaaaay earlier its a nice defense buff

Ok i have a question, If your a regen why do you need acrobatics aswell? As intergration gives you knockback and hold rez that acrobatics give some rez to? Call me thick i dont mind :P I just dont understand why a regen would need it...
Also if this is for pvp as its in the pv part why would ya need mog? Personal preference i know i just dont understand why if its for total pvp you would need mog.
Also i have found on my lvl 50 kat/regen that hasten is needed quicker recharge etc Anyway only reason im asking is because im looking for a good build for my Kat/regen for Total pvp and like the build just certain parts i dont understand about it and just wondered if someone could explain what they can to me
