So what in your eyes is fun?
Some say fire/fire, other say elec/elec, others go ice/ice.. or any possible combo of this. Each have their 'fun' faction (watch a EB walking in a room totally filled with tripmines - or a group of mobs trying to do something but they are totaly drained of endurance).
After 30, there isnt much extra out there for most sets imho, the most important is the nuke of 32 and for some the 38 power (TF, tripmine, consume etc). Then its epic time wich is equal for all.
And if it has to look fun.. just keep wacking the random button in the character creation screen

What you on about Combustion pwns in PvP.
I had good fun with PvE/P with my Ice/Dev.
Ice/Dev and AR/Ice are fun and interesting blasting combos.
Ice/Dev a bit more destructice, AR/Ice a bit more defensive.
Great fun both.

Fire/fire is the carnage blaster, if you can team with a proper tanker it's massive fun
Try AR/EM - - - - currently lvlin one myself and i can say in teams the AoE and cone attacks make missions both a walkthrough and make you feel overpowered 
Havent really seen AR in pvp but EM is used quite often and i can say from being owned by it on more than 1 occasion it is VERY good

I would prefer the /ice or any that has buildup. Specialy pre-mining it does way way more damage.
As for /nrg, /nrg and /elec are pretty easy the 'i win' in pvp. The others rely way more on their primairy.

Anything / Energy. Especially at later levels when you want to help out lowbies - simply punch a few CoT off rooftops into their waiting arms below.
I love Energy/Energy and Elec/Energy, and quite keen on trying AR/Energy for the classic guns'n'fisticuffs hero.
Ar/Dev gives you the classic "Solo Commando" feel, is quite soloable with a little caution and patience (setting up mines and spikes etc), and is a valuable asset to a team.
With any /Dev, though, although you've got lots of combat options, you really do miss a Build Up.

I really enjoy my fire/fire and energy/energy blasters, and i was considering trying an ice/dev. But what do you prefer?
Stealing the end? - Go Elec
Blowing em up? - Go Dev
Mob Killing? - Go Fire
Am loving my Ice/Fire blaster and my Archery/Dev is great fun for entirely different reasons

Heh just what i was going to say. But i think a fun blaster depends on what you like. I didn't like ice that much and fire is so-so. But with the great sound fx Sonic is really cool set to play. But some players found these fxs annoying but i think they are an afrodisiac for my hero. I can't wait for my powers to recharge, not because i want to hit bad guys but i want to hear that sounds (he is lvl 14 and still scream has the best one IMO).
For secondary i choose Electric just for Power Sink.

Shriek is my favourite, personaly I think we could do with some more bass heavy FX..... Perhaps if they added something like the base wurbly noise from some of the grav effects in FF7 to Direwail..That would be cool
I went for my orignal build i had when i first started playing the game 2 years ago, Fire/Energy should never of deleted her shes currently Lvl 32 at moment and is the most fun EVER!!
Im wanting to IO her out and make her purelky for pvp once she hits 50.
Now those of you that know me, i aint to bright when it comes to IO's or anything for that matter :P Anyway i was wondering if someone could help me or advise me On a good PvP Build and help me along with IO's etc like a teacher i need :P

Ive made several blasters and leveled them got them to like 30 got bored and deleted them, but i really really want one they look fun to play!! But i cant seem to find a good combo.
So i want a blaster for fun, but i also want it to be good in PvP doesnt have to be the best at PvP aslong as i enjoy it and can take care of myself in pvp and put up a fight thats all i care about!
So ideas or advice please tyvm
