Stalkers shouldn't have increased DPS *AND* returned AoEs. That'd pretty much make blasters useless. If I'm correct, stalkers are meant to be an AT based around ST damage anyways.

Well I was surprised we ever got 20-30 content for Praetoria, despite how much I was silently begging for it. First Ward, while I wouldn't run it a third time(Ran twice), was great! It ended with a few loose ends though. Did we ever free Kate from the network?

Also not to mention we have a CERTAIN implied group coming our way Soon™. I assume we'll get some story arcs leading up to a possible trial involving this group.

However this also raises the question: Would this eventually lead to Praetorians being able to stay in Praetoria through 50? It would certainly feel different to pick a side right before end game content, but I don't know. It could be kind of cool to keep running the high quality plots of Praetoria until 50 instead of breaking off at 20 or 30 to run the more standard and subtle plots.

I usually just give lightning rod to an EB/AV, since mobs with LR would be overkill. Would do the same with shield charge too. I'm guessing they use a targeted AoE version of LR, but I'm not entirely sure.

I think it's implied your character has one prime talent and a secondary talent. Their prime talent is going to be more lenient on what you can pick out of it, while the secondary you need to just build up.

Blasters are pretty easy to slot. You're not overwhelmed in toggles to slot, so it's not as overwhelming. Also, Blue Centurion you are a saint. I'm going to have to save that list.

So I noticed you can't give AE critters Shield Charge. They can get lightning rod, which is eerily similar, but not shield charge. Is it because Shield is a defense set?

It doesn't exactly suck, but it's expensive.

I was stupid enough to try one of those in my youth. Not on City of heroes, though. Luckily, it was through paypal so I didn't give them any credit card info. While they upheld the deal, they took about 2 hours to deliver and didn't speak a word of english.

My beam rifle/dark blaster is a monster. I love it to death!

As much as my head exploded into rainbows upon seeing the german shephard, I fell into a deep sadness when titan weapons weren't released. Oie.
