You can but I like having 95% defense debuff resistance so that way i can keep my defenses up at a higher % when I'm getting my defense debuffed. You can just shuffle around Hasten and Super Speed, I got my 60 month vet badge so I can take Super Speed at level 6, sorry about that lol.
-
If you have enough recharge bonuses you can slot 3 Gogli and 3 Nucleous exposures for 95% to acc, dmg, end, and heal.
-
I would love to see Ninjitsu for scrappers, blinding powder ftw!
-
What is your primary objective? PvP, or PvE?
-
Here is a relatively inexpensive build that has soft capped defenses. You really don't need the Luck of the Gambler's for it. It's just a luxery. The only issue is that it is .9 away from AoE soft cap

Very honorable of you, but ebil marketeers have no honor! Imposter!

Both are great so make 4 different scrappers and play them all!

Quote:When you get to 50, we'll go team against L53 rikti on test. You can use your pistols blaster while I use my archery blaster and we'll see who kills quicker.I'm not sure if the set feels underpowered to me. When I played it during closed beta it did feel a bit underwhelming before the changes. After the changes it played much better for me. I'm gonna have to try on live and slowly build my toon up from 1 to get an idea of how to handle the set's abilities.
I did have this idea about using the toxic ammo on bosses to cut down on the damage I take. I wonder how the set performs with chilling embrace from the Ice secondary. I'm sure someone will chime in with a suggestion of a better secondary but I do like the idea of stacking damage debuffs with toxic ammo. Anyone think thats a viable strategy? -
Quote:That is the issue, there was given solid feedback, people were clambering to have HoB, ES, and EC, changed but they did not listen.Anyone that honestly thinks FA and RoA are overpowered has not played the set. After nearly 6 years, the devs actually have some merit with damage to recharge ratios that pretty much even out with all the sets. All statistics aside, there will always be a subjective interpretation to a set being "underpowered" by crying foul on another set or sets that have been nerfed and buffed more times than months played by most people.
Pistols damage and recharge are low and long, an will likely be addressed in due time when giving solid feedback. -
If you're going to buy whores at least make sure they're the high priced ones.

Depends on what you're building for. For PvP I'd laugh if you took PP to a certain extent. For PvE I'd say unless you skipped the Fitness pool I'd say take it.
-
I championed this change in the beta forums, and beat it and beat it and pretty much killed the subject but none of the developers wanted to listen.
Also whoever said Archery is over powered in on something lol. Rain of Arrows is pretty much what defines the set. Without it, its a decent set. -
Cold dom eats regens for breakfast lunch and dinner. It is ridiculous how quickly they drop when facing a cold dom.

-
That is a pretty accurate review. I personally can't wait for a completely new overhaul of the game.
-
Its not horrible its just that for a set that is supposed to feel fast it isn't anything near that. Once the newness of DP wears off this will probably be one of the lesser used primaries.
-
Quote:You most definitely do not want to take char in PvP its duration is laughably short and the only toggles that would detoggle are offensive toggles. The only /SD i'd build is FM/SD :P
But Fire/regen is nice, you'll need a hold to de-toggle others in pvp, char will do.
To the OP you would be better off taking Weapons Mastery as it gives you Web Grenade as well as Targetting Drone.
You'll want to take the concealment pool for phase shift as well as fitness, leaping, and speed.
Post up a build and I can give you a hand with it. -
Not to mention the health benefits of playing coh verses drinking massive quantities of alcohol.
