The only /SD i'd build is FM/SD :P
But Fire/regen is nice, you'll need a hold to de-toggle others in pvp, char will do.

Fire/Regen is probably the best scrapper combo for PvP at the moment.
I'd defeinitely go Fire/Regen/Blaze.
As far as soloing well....it's a SCRAPPER....if it didn't solo well you would have done something very very wrong.

To the OP you would be better off taking Weapons Mastery as it gives you Web Grenade as well as Targetting Drone.
You'll want to take the concealment pool for phase shift as well as fitness, leaping, and speed.

Hey forum, i've been thinkin of building a new scrapper alt. I've tried a few (bs/wp, and DM/SD) both got abandoned mid 30s hoping to take this one all the way. I'm tryin to get a scrapper who can solo well and pvp. Rt now im thinking of fire/regen or fire/fire im open to pretty much anything fire/ though except /SD, my dm/sd will ensure i never build a sd again =P.
So in summary looking for a fire/ scrapper combo that can solo and pvp well except /sd
