The problem with your latest build is your going to get wrecked constantly with no phase or hiber. This new pvp castle made for us makes it impossible to not have an escape measure, to much supression. Your self heal is going to decay and suppress you you have to get an escape.

And i use the word used Because twixt sold his account a while back. That being said i don't have to like the tactic, i can understand if it's constant camping going on, but some ppl do it just to anger ppl and get a thrill out of ppl's reactions. They won't even pvp they just sit at the drone and wait for hours.

Now the reason i don't get droned is even on a large team, if they wonder anywhere near the base, i don't it's simple as that. Screw drones, it's npc's, other players, turrets, all their so why would i want to do battle at such a disadvantage? But if i'm pissed off that bad i just have to get near, i'll only be there until my oranges or kin buffs wear gg.

What needs to be done is add a -range component with in 75 feet of the drones or better yet add a no tp zone component ala pocket D with in a reasonable range of the drones.

That particular placate bug is a pvp issue. It's avoided in PvE because the ai was specifically programmed to not pay attention to stalker secondary effects. Because Fire's secondary is DoT the ai can't be programmed to not pay attention to it without horribly breaking the game.

Please don't tell me they claimed it was thematic, because heck, a shield with a built in cloaking device makes a lot more sense than hiding by REGENERATING or with ELECTRICITY.

Now mind you he was saying all this, in a hero huddle with 2 stormies and 2 heavies, with a [censored] load of scrappers and blasters, and a few emps.

So morti came on, and someone said morti only comes when the heroes are ganking. And he's like nah i'm just attacking chido's targets, he's on my team. lol he was such a tool the other day lol. So i'm like this can't be chido, is this his lil bro or something, because chido usually makes sense and your a victim. So he hit us with one of the three programmed responses.

Another reason sirens is easier imo, besides no epic shields, is you can 2.5 shot most ppl. Those epic powers are serious heroside, blasters with hybernoob and hoarfrost, and a epic shield, blasters that can incase themselves in a bubble that stacks with their epic shields and use aidself that is a good as recon on a stalker.

Also a higher percentage of heroes are So'd in sirens, also it's more newer folk in sirens.

I used to do ok on my mind/psi in duels, and in zones it was workable. Tk was good and you had drain psych+psw spam. Then right around the time they buffed bf's versus tk, they also buffed confuse. Mind has some nasty tricks at your disposal, very good teamed in zones, or solo in the arena.

Edit: And who better to fight an elude scrapper with? Mind just wrecked positional defence.

What mac said and I'll add your build is a bit outdated, your fighting a 2k war with 80's hardware in a sense. Shoot for pancea's in your heals those new pvp io's rock. Id slot my BU with hami's the tohit+recharge+def ones. The rest i can't say because i run a em/reg and a elec/reg so it's trade secrets lol.

hiber is a death sentence in zones gibs. if you can't kill someone coming out of hiber, you really don't deserve the kill (how hard is it to kb a target with 0 kb protection for like 3 seconds coming out of hiber). the only toon that can consistently get ouf of hiber without dying are grav doms/trollers with the cage or dual phasing idiots (pretty horrible build idea).

phase isn't really an issue. just take phase and kill the person. not that hard. once more, if you can't kill a quick phaser, you don't deserve the kill.

heal decay in zones i can deal with, movement suppression is what gets people killed by subpar opponents though :-\

I dunno if it's a death sentence...I use it on my storm & it works fine unless I jump into a mob of players. Generally my cloud is up, tornado is moving around & my imps slashing away. Hurricane is nice if it's running while in Hib too.

I love hib on my storm only because it's a great endo recovery. I use it all the time because yeah...NO BUFFERS AROUND ANYMORE. LOL

Everyone and there grandma can hit you, the devs over did the reduction a lot. It was 30% and that my have been to much but it's now 10% and thats nowhere near enough. And a troller was crying about it, and read of the damage i put apon his head. Then CY said something to the tune of he was the first to run with the electrics and some back in the old days talk, reminiscing when pvp was better.
