hey there....so last time I played was in CB lol

I dont know any of the sets...i've picked up some IO's but I think they may be the wrong ones (3 shield walls, 2 gladiator javelines for dark blast, 2 teleports for teleport foe).

anyone have a pvp build I could yank lol

theres what i came up with, i know its uber expensive but hey...thats why i grind monies lol

now im kind of confused....in order to get the full set bonuses the entire set needs to be in the same skill right?

Yes but you can have a set in more than one power to get bonuses twice. I don't have access to Mids right now but I can take a look at the build in there once I get home. Just a few things I noticed taking a quick look:

* Reconstruction needs more slots - max it on heal and recharge
* Stick some accuracy in Flurry
* Hurdle is way overslotted, the default slot is fine
* Build Up needs more slots
* You don't need Acrobatics
* Placate should be slotted for recharge, not range
* You don't need Resilence
* I'd take Lightning Rod
* Instant Healing needs more slots

What mac said and I'll add your build is a bit outdated, your fighting a 2k war with 80's hardware in a sense. Shoot for pancea's in your heals those new pvp io's rock. Id slot my BU with hami's the tohit+recharge+def ones. The rest i can't say because i run a em/reg and a elec/reg so it's trade secrets lol.

I haven't been using the PvP IOs in my builds mostly because Mids hasn't been updated for I14 and because working in the database to manually add them is a nightmare. I leave blank slots in my builds for a PvP proc or two but not the whole set, simply because they're so damn expensive (I don't usually use purples either).

You gain endurance with that build slotted the way it is, albeit very slowly. It won't have the end recovery needed for long drawn-out fights, but as a Stalker you shouldn't be getting into those anyways.
