I was running with a pug the other day, the group not the dog, and I met a guy named T A N K E R. Real original, I know. Anyway, he had the awesome ability to surround himself with flame. Can you imagine what he must have told his parents when he found out he could do that?

I wish I could do that. Hell, almost anything would have gotten a better reaction than what I got from my parents.

Those people are powerleveling, rushing toward 50 for what? PvP? I don't think most really care one way or the other. -
If the free month included with buying the game counts toward the vet rewards, why does it list different lengths of time for how long my account has been active and how much time counts toward my vet rewards?

Yeah, noticed some lag while teaming yesterday. There were times when some wouldn't be able to move while others were fine. Also I noticed re-zoning a few times helped.

If ED affected everything than the other movement speeds should be slower as well, not just hover. Is that the case?

It does seem like my attacks are causing me to run out of endurance quicker than I used to. I've got Stamina.

If you go to a much lower Zone, the mobs will run instead of fight. You hit one, and let the taunt wear off of the rest. Pick one and chase him. Try to hit him, and see what happens

Yep, I know. This is how I found out about the problem in the first place. Alot of Tankers aren't going to be running around trying to knock out low level mobs unless they are badge hunting. Against things that give them xp they probably aren't going to have to deal with as many runners. However, it still happens and this does cause serious issues in PvP too. -
Off of a whim I decided to see if this bug effected my Icicles or not. It does not seem to be doing so. From that I'm guessing this is only causing problems for our Secondary power sets. Any other tanks that use damage shield type powers from their Primary find this to be true?

Unless the mobs are running away you probably won't experience this bug very often. In general combat a mob might move a bit but they are often stationary while attacking which lets a Tanker pound them into putty.

Doesn't work as well as you'd think. I have super jump and actually use this tactic often. That was one of the huge warning flags for me when the mob would run past me, my animation would go off and there was no resulting miss or hit.

That is the bug. It isn't missing because lack of ACC or your foes defense, it just isn't even hitting nor connecting. It doesn't even show up in the chat box combat log. It is a huge bug, but since I did not have hurl I wasn't aware of this. That seems to be extremely sucky for someone who does have hurl. So far we only have gotten one dev post on this issue I believe, I guess this is a stealthy attempt to get rid of the Tanker population

Well, about as sucky as any other attack that hasn't been hitting. -
Yeah, I was just going to mention that. It's not that it's hitting or missing, it just isn't registering at all.

I have no idea about the effect with Power Pool attacks since I don't have any.
Due to our rare ranged attacks being treated like melee I've noticed my Hurl Boulder has been missing alot as well. Just wanted to throw that in there.
