It's listed under a different contact - Thiry.
In fact, his arc fails to start if you don't do Matthew's first. -

I believe that option refers to custom pet names, making them show in default. I think pets are considered "teammates" for the name showing options.

Quote:Also, unless they fixed it, the email restrictions block sending yourself emails.I received a few spam emails on Exalted. Yeah, I know I can restrict the senders in Options, but I like to participate in adding to their ignore peg counts.
And anyone saying they are giving a "Free IO code"... is lying. Devs haven't release anything like that yet (market seems set up for it, but they'd want to show them off by having some kinda give-away they link to)
And technically it would be an SBE, not IO - they work differently. -

Quote:I rarely have more than 20$ on me - if I need to buy something big, I use my debit card and pull it out. I can't cancel cash, but if something happens I can cancel my card. And in the US most also work as either a Visa or MC as well (for when a place only accepts CC type transactions).I could see not having a credit card, but debit cards are a fantastic convenience. I can withdraw money any time and I don't have to wait for a teller, plus there's far more ATMs than bank locations. Not to mention cash back, which turns almost any store into a bank.
"A quarter" sounds high but perhaps you are right. -
Well, if he's five tokens short of filling tier 8, he'd need 8 tokens - five to fill the tier and open up t9, and 3 to actually choose the costume slots.
Scin - just to make sure you know - you do not need to choose any of the t9 repeatable awards (the ones with the green arrows around them) to choose from the VIP section. -
Quote:Eh, it' gotten better. This is post-release DOOOOM. This level used to be daily DOOOOM.Ah, my first day back after 5 months away. Oh, game is down, let's check out the forums and see if they've changed...
Apparently not
At least if they don't uninstall, they can still play and come back when i21 is done teething.
That's why we had a head start - the time between i21 release and Freedom release. So far since freedom's releaed we've only had the what, 2 hours downtime? (Besides Defiant being... defiant). -
Quote:The Hydra are from another Earth, IIRC. They were dragged to our Earth by the Rikti in an attempt to use them as fodder/distraction/what-have-you.for the hydra though, i believe it is said they are from a separate planet and the rikti enslaved them as a race of cannon fodder.
ok, looked at the mish on wiki, technically they are only shown to be extradimensional, but its not stated if the portals go to the same place in each dimesion, so i still say they are possibly aliens. -
With the options on the NCSoft launcher, I believe.

Can praetorians access the Death From Below trial?
-
Not that I've heard of.
The closest to one such having a failsafe, that I know of anyway, is the End Mod set with a Stun proc being set to ignore players, therefore, it can't be used for griefing people with speedboost. -
Quote:That would be tricky. If putting it in Triage causes it to give the proc to the people affected by triage, it sounds like it's a "Target gets X" proc, unlike ToE which is a "Caster gets X" proc. How about Dark Regen from Dark Armor? Seems like it would proc off each enemy hit which, coupled with the Theft of Essence +end proc would mean magical things.
Which means Dark Regeneration could then heal your foes. -
Quote:Free month counted for Veteran rewards. So it's up in the air. I PM'd Z and asked if he could get a solid answer.Just about 100% sure the free month is free and doesn't count towards monies spent or getting an additional token. Retail code = Tier 2, and that's it, regardless of how many retail codes are applied (Positron said that, explicitly). So I don't see how the free month could count.

Just to make sure you understand how "Free/Premium" works...
All non-VIPs get (2) Global Character slots - basically, you can play a total of two characters.
Premiums also get a number of extra slots based on verteran status and other purchases (so 2 + X for vet and if you've ever bought extra character slots those would add into the total).
You then choose which characters or slots to unlock. (so you can choose a new slot to make a new character, or an old one).
However, as was mentioned, all your old characters should of automatically unlocked when you went VIP. -
Not that uncommon, really.
Although looking up my own first name, I get "Peace" for the second part. And depending on which "line of decent' you follow it's origins back on in those name websites, you get either "Territory", "Stranger", "Hostage"(!?), or "Of God" -
Quote:Does that even work? Most people I've seen use a simple image tag in their sig, not that upload link.Currently it's 600 x 120 pixels, albeit the size currently is 146.5 KB in the UserCP Edit Signature page (top of photo) and 150 KB in the Message Forum Rules and Guidelines thread that theOcho posted in August 2010. I know that the UserCP Edit Signature page has been that way since they went to the vBulletin forums.
And yes, there are quite a few signature images that break the 600 x 120 rule. Another inconsistency in applying the rules. -

Quote:Get him his own account sooner rather than later. So you don't have his main on your accountI'm trying
In truth we play at different times of the day so it won't be a problem until he becomes a night-time-lurking teenager
Of course, does a cheap box count as 1 or 2 tokens? In other words, 1 for the first box code on an account, and 1 for the free month? -
The ONLY thing they (probably, based on something said by a dev elsewhere) won't get is the 2 bonus character slots.
-
To be fair, in older MMOs, and I don't know about more modern ones, you couldn't have a space in the name. As such, there was no need for a comma after the name as we have in /tell in City.
-
If they are in game, they can just check their paragon rewards tokens. Free will only have 1.

Quote:I had the analogy go through my head of Going Rogue is like a car, and Incarnates like car registration. TO have the latter, you a) gotta have the former, and b) subscribe. So what happens if I sell you a new expansion that requires a prior expansion? Is my new expansion "part of" the old one? Are the features of my new expansion "included" in the fact that you bought the previous one?
Nothing has changed for Incarnate content, they are making it still require both Preq.
Quote:If it makes you feel any better, the first analogy that came to mind was going to be a caulk gun.
And EK - Vaporware refers to software that never materializes. THe most well known example (until recent events) was Duke Nukem Forever
Also, each "Issue" is an expansion. GR required Issue 17. Therefore, by your reasoning, we should not have needed to pay for it because it is part of Issue 17. -
Wasn't the permanent power already called "Mission Transporter"?
That's what I recall typing when doing /powexe_name Mission Transporter
Or did you rename the temp version to something else?
