Panacea: Chance for +Hit Points/Endurance -- PVE Question

I could not find the answer to this so looking for an answer from someone here.

1) What is the probability of this going off? I am going to slot it in an auto power (Which I know has a chance every 10 seconds) but what is the percentage? Normally things are listed like 10%, 20%, etc.

2) What is the value of the heal? Does it vary by Archetype? Is it based on your base hp? Max HP?

3) How much endurance does it give? Is it based on max endurance?

According to mids:

1) the chance for each to go off (and they are independent of each other) is 20% chance every 10 seconds (in an auto power) or 20% every time the power is activated (in the case of a healing aura, or other power that an slot it) So that is 20% for the heal, and 20% for the endurance every time it would proc.

2) the heal on my MM is about 79 hp every time it procs, which mids says is about 9.83%. On a tanker it would heal 64.6 hp every time it procs, or about 3.45%.. So i'd say it varies on AT, but isn't quite % based..

3) again, using my MM as an example, it gives 7.5% endurance every time it procs. On a tanker it gives 7.5% endurance as well, so i'm thinking it'll be based on your max endurance on how much end it actually gives back.

Seems like it would be useless on a /Regen Brute then. I was hoping for an alternative heal if I was under -Regen but if its that small of a percentage...

On my empath defender with the proc in Heal aura, it heals 89.69 points of health and gives 8.25 points of end.

the most useful thing with this proc is placing it in powers such as triage beacon and spirit tree

it has a chance to proc the heal/end on any target in range and when it procs can break sleeps and makes both powers a lot more useful

How about Dark Regen from Dark Armor? Seems like it would proc off each enemy hit which, coupled with the Theft of Essence +end proc would mean magical things.

Do you happen to have 110 Endurance?

7.5% X 110 = 8.25

I *think* both do proc per target hit in Dark Regen, but I can't say for absolutely certain.

Single Target Radius = 0. AoE Non-Cone Arc = 360.

Quite possibly. I just did a quick grep of the chat logs and that's the data that popped up. There was no info on end for other characters, which isn't a surprise.

That would be tricky. If putting it in Triage causes it to give the proc to the people affected by triage, it sounds like it's a "Target gets X" proc, unlike ToE which is a "Caster gets X" proc.

Which means Dark Regeneration could then heal your foes.

I think there's a failsafe on all of the beneficial procs now to keep them from going off on targets that aren't friendly, thankfully. It still won't proc on yourself like Theft of Essence does, though

Not that I've heard of.

The closest to one such having a failsafe, that I know of anyway, is the End Mod set with a Stun proc being set to ignore players, therefore, it can't be used for griefing people with speedboost.
