Quote:This sounds like part of why they have the converters coming. Regardless we definitely need more info on this.A good deal? Not going to go through the whole thing, but to have a 50-50 chance of getting one specific ATIO, with a guaranteed 1 per pack, you'd need to buy 50 packs.
$50 for a 50-50 chance is not a good deal in my book.
Any ask if there is any customization ofthe loyalty helms? -

Is the Official min. specs although the ram is definitely off for Win7 which if you have the x64 4GB is the recommended for Win7 alone, with 8GB being the serious "recommended minimum". -
Unless you have spent money on an account (subbed, bought paragon points, bought the new "VIP" pack, or applied a box code - anything that grants the second rewards token) new accounts are automatically "Free" accounts. If you have two or more rewards tokens on that account, call support. Well, contact them anyway - via the support website at NCSoft.com

And the timer on the bomb setting is because if you blow three, defeat the GM and blow another three, the GM respawns as I recall.

2 Base slots + 2 For Going Rogue + 1 per new (annual) veteran reward badge + 2 (I think) if you have the "We Bought COH" gift from NCSoft + 1-for1 on any slots you've actually purchased.
So at least 11+bought (going off 7 year vet status), possibly 13+ -
Quote:I seem to recall that the capes are not PhysX pieces. PhysX was brought to CoH around CoV release wasn't it? And that was after capes being introduced.i think it's a bit overboard to lock out all back details with the jackets since wings are animated costume pieces like other limbs, not physX-based animations like capes, so they don't have the same performance hit as multiple cape rigs.
Ah well, looks i now have a bunch of costumes i can't edit or reuse anymore.
I seem to recall they are basically a skin on a "limb" that goes through animations only in a certain order - that's why they can (or used to) go through people at times -
Knockback powers I use as mitigation - especially on /storms with Gale and corners.
On my Forcefielders, PFF can help me retreat, and Forcebolt has often helped me send foes down over the side o just basically KB to get them away from me to help with survival.
The immobilizes are good for helping keep things out of melee if you are not ready for them, and have saved me before when I need to run around the corner and hide -
At this point freespecs mean anything you /respec to use.
Bought, Recipe, and Holiday respecs are all freespecs - as such you can't use them on a character that has a freespec waiting. -
New info will be released at the "Pummit" - but not real details other than Issue 22 stuff (as I recall) is known to be on the list of stuff to discuss.

Quote:To be fair, with Bruising it's not a good idea to skip the first attack in a tank anyway, as it gives the targets a nice 10% DAMRES debuff.Given that virtually every scrapper and brute I make skips the first attack entirely, I highly doubt it's that much better on a tanker.
Skipping the first power would make many characters better, not worse, so I doubt "not sucking" is the reason.
Heal Arrows are awesome, but would require the targets (if a player) to be PVP flagged. In D&D, they did half damage THEN healed in my group >.> -
Because we have the Question to Life, the Universe, and everything, and their Douglas Adams is a Greater Devoured who never wrote the books.

Not necessarily every pug will do the eye thing, but it is an issue like how German shepherds have a tendency towards hip problems later in life.

If you have any more issues, head over to the Gameplay & Technical Issues and Bugs forum in the "Development" section. Better bet on getting help there.

Ask them for help. It definitely helps if the card # hasn't changed, then it's easy to give them the last 4 digits of the first credit card (presuming the first subscription was paid via CC). If you have any of the creation confirmation emails or box codes, that helps too.

You put the first quotation before the "/send"
For RO, I have
/bind P beginchat "/send "Repeat Offenders" ($name S[erver]/S[ide]) "
and it works for me. -
No patch today (Thursday is maintenance day, last week patch/maintenance was a trial run of combing the two) - no TW in store.

Speaking of that, don't forget you have an electroshock session in five minutes, EvilGeko.
-
Your right - unless they chnaged how this one recipe drops, it would be just the 7.84.
However, it's not just MSRs that drop on a per-person chance - threads and shards do as well. -

Tony - I still am unable to log into cohtitan.com
ParagonWiki, OuroPortal, and CIT sites all allow me to log in. The forums state my password is wrong, CoHTitan.com itself simply reloads the login page without logging me in with the correct password.
It lets me reset my password, but the two sites (titan main page and titan forums) still don't recognize me.
I would post this in the titan forums, but >.> -
Quote:Okay, so maybe "to insure a damaging power and half" would of been better. We all have a tier 1 attack its called brawl.
We all have a second attack its that crappy temp range power.
The Vast Majority have a 3rd, 4th, and/or 5th attack from vet rewards.
The Ranged brawl attack is a after-launch addition of City of VILLIANS not a release of COH thing.
Nothing the developers release is designed with the expectation of Veteran Rewards being available, which like ranged brawl, didn't exist at CoH Launch. (Issue 8, 1.5 issues after the ranged brawl addition)
Quote:This was generally true until they broke the mold last issue by giving Controllers and Corruptors the Poison set.
Hadn't thought of Poison - but then again I don't play it. Note too some of the newer stuff might not follow all the rules laid down by other sets because of changes in the powers team. I'd say at this point it's a "sacred cow" how we have power access opening up.
