Any Good Re-Install Instructuctions for CoX for PC?

Went to Coh.com game client and downloaded this. Hope this works

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
Since you've already gone that far, then redownloading is your only option really. You Could have backed up the original install and done a few other things, but since you didn't then you get to enjoy the trickle depending speed of your ISP. If you haven't already though, I'd recomend installing it to a custom directory not the default Especially if you're using Vista/7. I have a 2nd partition for my non-OS software and put it there.
So, I kept getting this error code 36 message that kept popping up at the NC launcher and after having to "force launch" to get into the game and after getting no response to my issue via support, I took the liberty to uninstall CoX from my PC with the hopes a re-install might help. I still have the CD for CoH/CoV so this morning I put it in and re-installed CoX. It installed but had the old launcher. I down loaded the new launcher and right clicked to get updates. It was downloading and I had to leave to work. I came back and it didn't download correctly.
So, not to sound like a total dweeb but is there step-by-step instructions out there to re-install CoX to PC? I am sure this is buried somewhere in these posts. Thanks in advance to all who replied
