Well, if you tell them "that account will not be renewed without a credit card, and I'm the only one who's gonna give you one for it. Either help me take it over, or it won't be renewed."
Not that it's a strong threat, but if it's no money versus some, they might get a little more inclined to deal with it.
Only one real way to find out though... you'll have to call them and ask. Or maybe get the answer to the security question, if the person in question is really your 'friend' 
Assuming they remember, of course... there's always an "Oh, I slept since then, sorry" that's possible...

Ask them for help. It definitely helps if the card # hasn't changed, then it's easy to give them the last 4 digits of the first credit card (presuming the first subscription was paid via CC). If you have any of the creation confirmation emails or box codes, that helps too.

I had 5 friends that played with me, All have left. I used my cc to fund us and I made a second account on the 2nd Master. Now one of the friends that left changed the clues for it. I want to keep my second account but cant access it in paying and need to change the CCard before Feb, Am I screwed or will support help?
