I've got a katana / sr stalker, and when I unlocked the Rularuu Blade I got this /massive/ sword almost bigger than my avatar. I love it, it just looks so right swinging this massive blade around.
I've also got a DB / WP scrapper, and I've been working on the rularuu badge unlock for the blades... but evertime I see somebody who has Rularuu blades on a Dual Blades, they always look really small, like they're about half the size of the katana version.
Is there a difference in rularuu blade sizes?
And if there is, can the large katana blade be added to the dual blades set?

Currently, you're playing on a trial account that has reached it's infuence cap.
If you join up as a regular account, you will be able to earn more and store up to 2 billion of it*
When you activate and upgrade to a regular account, you will not get any "bonus" or what you may have been earning now.
Think of it as a light switch on a lamp. When you hit 50k the switch was turned off and the lamp turned off. When you activate and upgrade, that switch will turn back on and you will again have the light on. It won't turn on the football stadium lights, open your garage door, and turn on the lights in the other room (i.e. the potential influence you would be earning if you were already upgraded).
* Thanks to the Markets, you can store more than the 2 billion character cap by researching the Market Forums.
Also, Influence is easy to make if you pay attention, play the game, and check out the tips and tricks of the forum section I just linked you too.

It's disabled like so that you cannot be blinded and then target though someone else who isn't.
That, and the fact that you lose targeting of things when players go to the hospital/you go to the hospital. -

Happens to me, too.
The game hangs significantly while the CH database server is contacted and searched for every single item in game in alphabetical order. Not much of a workaround, but I usually try and find a low-population, low-graphics intensity neighborhood soon after login. Back when /unloadgfx used to work, it seemed to help if I cleared the 'cache' before accessing it (if I'd been playing a while). I have 2.5 GB of RAM, and it still happens. Just not good enough of a compy, I suppose.
But yeah, generally the things that helped me where the same - right after login, preferably low-traffic Wentworths - usually KR - or any non-Cap BM villain side. -
And if you are wondering... the "(Defualt)" indicates the default channel the active tab (the "A" bubble on the text entry box) sends to when that tab is highlighted.

Just about the only non-damage non-"notifying" (IE the mobs know you are there from it) are things like smoke that do -perception and at most -To-hit. -

the order of those commands should not matter, but you have an extra undercore in there. The command should be: powexec_name "Web Envelope", and it's recommended to quote your chat text as well, which would make the new command line:

Yes, the nested quotes work when used correctly, but I do admit they are not actually necessary. It's just an old programming habit of mine. lol
A "cleaner" command that still works is:
/bind LSHIFT "powexec_name Web Envelope$$team $name is Grounded!!"
p_o_wex_e_cnam_e works just as powexec_name does, and so will pow_exec_name, powexecname, etc.
But it is useful to have them, in order to help with legibility for trouble shooting. -

I can /friend him but that only tells me if he's on with the same toon. Not a perfect solution by any means. Especially since he can't (rightfully) use the friend channel so still no way for 2-way communication unless it's convenient to join in a team.
His game is in transit now. He should have a full version by Monday. I told him it was an early Christmas present... too bad he didn't tell me he was downloading a trial so I could send him a referal instead. He'll be the 5th person I've gotten into the game but not a single credit yet LOL. -

And the servers are just fine as is, if you want more pop, move to one of the following, in descending order : Freedom or Virtue, Justice or Infinity. -
Also, it's good to note that until about level 20, the damage cap for most/all ATs is at about 200% - so it's easy to reach the cap with some green DOs and a few external buffs. (100% is base, so 100% of enhancement/buff-age available.)

They do? Urrgh (although this urrgh could be more to to with my inability to fathom it and to miss the older more normal menu systems). Pretty moot as well since I use OpenOffice, The Gimp and jEdit on every machine regardless of OS.
And on topic, isn't Mac OS Linux / Unix based now and if so could you use something like WINE to handle Mids? I'm guessing the answer is no but I've no idea about Macs so I figured I'd ask.
