Given their higher populations, Virtue and Freedom should be easier to get teams together.
Although, I have little trouble getting a TF/SF team together on Victory. I just ride on Burner24's coat tails!

As a general, the servers are listed in order, from lowest population on top, to highest population on the bottom of the server listing. Exception: the one at the very top is the last server you were on, regardless of it's standing in the population ranking at that time.
Generally, Freedom and Virtue have the highest populations. I think that Infinity is third in the list usually, then it kind of floats around after that.

I used to be on Truimph redside and Pinnacle Blue/Red.Recently(past 5 mo's) I started moving my toons to Virtue,lots of PUG's,tf's/sf's,etc.
Personally,I'm happy,I did tried freedum and that just didn't work to many folks with too many issues,although there are some good ppl there.
I find the atmosphere there(Virtue) relaxed with enough mix of humor and good natured ppl.If you do move there look up the Unknown Heroes SG(I am not a member)but,I did join briefly when no one in my sg was on.A very helpful,team oriented,and experienced sg.

I like Pinnacle's community...but it's closer towards the lesser populated end of the spectrum.
Freedom, Virtue, Infinity, and Justice* seem to be the most populated.
(*Justice is the unofficial Aussie/Kiwi server, their population spikes in the middle of the night, rather than prime-time like the rest of them, because in their time zone that IS prime time for them.)

Freedom and Virtue are the usual #1 and #2.
I think your goals are more in line with the server 'feel' of Freedom than Virtue.

I'd also recommned you have a look at the repeat offenders network. With your love of the super team concept, that may be a good home for you.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. I fortunately have toons on most of the servers mentioned. I think I will try a balance of Infinity, Freedom, and Virtue.
I will also check out the SG's mentioned for the new servers. If there is a SG that loves "super teaming", I am all over it.

Best of luck in your server move, wherever you end up! (And don't forget, this is traditionally a time of year when people go back to school after summer break, have family travel obligations, etc., causing the game populations to downturn a bit. It's likely your server's activity level will perk up down the line a bit.)

And the servers are just fine as is, if you want more pop, move to one of the following, in descending order : Freedom or Virtue, Justice or Infinity.
