Do the leadership pool powers stack?

I may have worded the question wrong....but do the leadership pool powers stack past two people? We run a three man team and two of them have assault so I know if you have two people on a team running assault it stacks, but if all 8 people had it would it stack that high, and is does it add a little less after so many assaults are turned on? And is it the same for the other powers in this pool?

Yes, they will stack, but at a certain point you will hit the hard cap for certain attributes and additional benefits will not bee seen past a certain point. This is probably what you're seeing.

The powers do stack without any diminishing returns. However there are limits on how much you can stack a particular buff.

Additionally both defense and to hit have soft caps where more bonuses won't help (unless you're fighting enemies with high debuff powers). For defense this cap is 45%. For To Hit it's a little trickier since it depends on your accuracy but assuming 1.00x Accuracy it's 20% against even con enemies and 65% against +5s. With 1.33X Accuracy (a single SO) the maximum useful To Hit is 0% against even cons and 41.5% against +5s.

Thanks I was just looking through Wiki for that exact page because I couldn't find my old bookmark of it

Or the enemies have ridiculously high defense. For example, a Rikti drone with a force field on him compliments of a Rikti Guardian.

It's also worth noting that, while damage does have a hard cap, you can't get anywhere near it by stacking 8 Assaults. So stack those buffs through the roof!

Unless the Leadership is coming from a buffing AT (Defender, Controller, Corruptor, Mastermind, Arachnos), you're not getting anywhere near the cap for any of the Leadership toggles, even stacked (Vengeance is another story...). Tactics, while you won't reach the cap, will easily get you to the useful limit in PvE (few enemies have so much Defense that you need more than a couple Tactics and a single Accuracy SO).

On the other hand, Leadership toggles do stack with your existing defenses, so if you're an SR Scrapper with all of your defensive powers slotted up (you're at ~30% def), you can get to the Defense softcap with just 5 slotted Maneuvers coming from non-buffers (Scrapper, Blaster, Tanker, Brute, Stalker)

Thugs Masterminds can easily cap their Henchmen's defenses by slotting Enforcers with Defense (Enforcers have very effective Maneuvers), taking and slotting Maneuvers, and teaming with a few other people with Maneuvers (or other Thugs MMs, since Enforcer Maneuvers affects ALL Thugs, not just your own)

Also, it's good to note that until about level 20, the damage cap for most/all ATs is at about 200% - so it's easy to reach the cap with some green DOs and a few external buffs. (100% is base, so 100% of enhancement/buff-age available.)

Speaking of which, you CAN stack Vengeance if you know how (in my experience, not everyone realizes that it's possible) and have the requisite powers on teammates. If two or more Vengeance casters "queue" up the power by selecting an out-of-range (and defeated) teammate, and then the target is subsequently teleported into range of multiple casters, the powers will fire off simultaneously, stacking Vengeance on everyone on the team within range (and applicable pets, too).

We use this on particularly tough battles such as the Jade Spider and the final battle of the LRSF. Seven players with two- or three-stacked Vengeance, plus a boatload of Shivans, really serves to cut stuff down in record time.

Of course, Vengeance can be stacked "manually" also (by two or more players firing it off in concert), but it's very difficult to rely on. I've had it happen a handful of times by sheer accident, but the above is the method I use to do it reliably for those rare occasions where it's worth coordinating.

It's also possible to fire Vengeance off of a person who used Self Destruction, despite the fact that they have no corpse to target. Set Vengeance on autofire and repeatedly select the teammate in the team window until it activates
