I want to make a musculature boost for my blaster but I just have a bunch of shards and no way of knowing what components i need for the boost.
I've done the LGTF and ITF and I'm afraid to craft something that I wont need.

you won't lose your story arcs - all missions are "Abandoned" though - it will be as you never took them. So when you come back to being a Hero, (it's hero, vigilante, villain, rogue) you can pick them right up again from where you left off.

I'm completely with Gypsy of Paradox that the notion that getting back 10 enhancements from a respec is "generous" is quite antiquated and not in step with how the game has progressed.

For CoH Helper - if it's not installing, simply open run (Start Menu - > Run) and type in "dxdiag" - copy paste that.
CoH Helper is just a tool that auto-trims the dxdiag it runs. IIRC. -
4 is most of the KB you will encounter in the game from NPCs.
On the flip side, the more KB protection you have, the better it is for you even for KB over your protection, because it's the overage that is the distance you fly, IIRC, not the total value (so 9-7= 2pts of KB, you fly 2pts. worth of KB, not 9). -
Specifically, Warburg is 35.
Wolf-types stop spawning around 25-30. -

As I recall, they pulled because they though gaining it was a bit "Blah" (thus the new mender arc) and because there was nothing to do with it that you couldn't already do. So the slot itself was fine. And now we have the two Incarnate TFs to do that require the slot.

The Titan Network hosts, among other things, Mids Hero Planner now, so the most current version can always be found there. Note, they might not of released the new version just yet, because if I recall correctly they like go check their data vs live on stuff that has changed even a little. -

Once an arc is open, you must compelete it. You may be able to abandon the individual missions in the arcs, but no. Arc itself.

I've no clue why some people are treating this as big a change to slotting as ED, GDN, or the last round of major PvP changes.

Unfortunately if you don't have enough respecs to plan it out (even with the two freebies) it's a matter of:
A. How much will I lose by having to rebuy the IOs or not being able to sell them at WW/BM.
vs
B. How much will it cost to buy a respec recipe.
Sometimes it's just not worth it to burn the cash buying the respec because the 10 IOs you'll lose won't make up the difference.
It's a bitter pill but unless they reformat the respec one we've all had to swallow. -

Just to clarify this, We can get Siege from the non-arc missions from updated Maria? I couldn't quite tell from Paragonwiki whether I'd have to do the old Arcs through Ouro in order to get the mission that has him in it.

How long has the account been inactive? If 90+ days, you could take advantag of the invite-back-a-friend offer and see if that will let you add them.
