Purchase boosters on inactive account.

Looks like. I know that I was only able to buy a booster for my active account, not my inactive one.

How long has the account been inactive? If 90+ days, you could take advantag of the invite-back-a-friend offer and see if that will let you add them.

Hi All,
Wanted to get my nephew an early XMas present and buy him a few boosters. Is it possible to purchase boosters for an inactive account? On his account it keeps saying
"No eligible accounts for this item could be found on your NCsoft Master Account."
Does the account have to be active before a booster pack can be purchased?
