Could also be Black Swan, the only mission I am aware of that has her in it, her defeat is not required to finish.

If you did the new arcs you are probably missing Siege (who for some reason no longer appears in Maria's arc). If you run random missions from Maria you should get him eventually or alternatively run her old arc in Ouroborus, he shows up in the third mission.
Okay, missing Siege might be the issue since I wasn't sure we had faced him when we finished the arc last night.
I know we got Swan and Bobcat, and we were sure to get Anti-Matter when we completed Tina's arc.
Thanks for the thoughts. I am thinking it is Siege in that case, because I recall having read some time back that he had been changed to be more challenging. I don't have any recollection of fighting him at all, where I had been curious to see how long he would last against our team with his redesign.

Siege was the one missing for me as well.
If you fought Siege you'd remember it. He's REALLY annoying now due to a large self-heal at 25%.
Just to clarify this, We can get Siege from the non-arc missions from updated Maria? I couldn't quite tell from Paragonwiki whether I'd have to do the old Arcs through Ouro in order to get the mission that has him in it.

He is in a new single mission from Tina Mac. just keep accepting her non-arc missions and abandoning them until you get his.
