The Titan Network hosts, among other things, Mids Hero Planner now, so the most current version can always be found there. Note, they might not of released the new version just yet, because if I recall correctly they like go check their data vs live on stuff that has changed even a little.

A new version of Mids' is almost never released with a new Issue. Usually, it comes a few days after, so that they can make any last min. changes to the program to match any last min. changes to the Issue.
