you won't lose your story arcs - all missions are "Abandoned" though - it will be as you never took them. So when you come back to being a Hero, (it's hero, vigilante, villain, rogue) you can pick them right up again from where you left off.

My main hero is a badge toon and I was thinking of taking her "rogue" so that I can get the exploration and defeat badges red side. I am a little worried though because someone said if I do that I will lose the missions she is currently working on. Is this true? I am in the middle of two story arcs and don't wanna lose where I am at on them.
