No, but it's there for those that haven't respec'd out of pool power fitness - if you have any of the powers from a power pick, you get none of the inherent fitness ones until you respec.
It's for pre-i19 characters -

Yup, I was killed by the ambush after I entered a mission, because all my toggles were suddenly down.

From what I recall, the check is a little simplistic in how it's done, just ignore it for now, at least.

Two things.
First is, this section deals more with in-game questions, or questions about things like booster packs. This is more the tech issues and bugs "schtick".
Second, the place to ask for help with mids like this would be the forum for it over at www.cohtitan.com -
Other than Pancea, I think all the PVP sets have "Gladiator" in their name. Definatly, if it has Gladiator in it's name it is an PvP set

Very sweet, and the comic is kinda corny in a good way, but does CoH have some sort of deal with the Post? Wasn't War Witch interviewed by them a little while back? Computer issues belong in the Tech issues forums.
And if your drivers are working fine, and upgrading to the "current" drivers crashes your computer, downgrade back to the ones that work, and IGNORE THE RED TEXT for now. -
I'm not sure it's worth the money unless you cannot afford another computer and your video card dies.
There isn't much if anything above what you have for AGP. Nowadays it's all PCI-E (I'm in the same boat). -

Careful on that. It can be done but remember you lose the Alpha at 45 or less so in which case you will have tremendous end issues if you rely to much on the Alpha. For the most part it is better to have a solid build and use the Alpha to make it better or to alleviate small issues. But ultimately it is your build so do it the way you want

One, this kinda question belongs in the "Tech Issues and Bugs" forum of the Development section (It's the hardware/software Players helping players forum).
However, just ignore the red. And do a bug report (video card & your current and the crashing drivers' version number) in game. -

Telling the OP to "deal with it" on a forum which allows us, the customer, to state quality of life issues which we feel can be improved upon, complete with our thoughts on an actual solution is pretty futile when you think about it. Second of all, nowhere (even if it indicated being familiar/comfortable with the current respec process) did Forbin say he was against IMPROVING the respec process.
He is, however, against you raiding his nuts. Look at his beady little eyes and say it's not so. -
