IO placement, which one for a fire/kin corruptor?

Well, with no input I just went with the Tempered Readiness set.
For this kind of question, you get the best results in the Archetypes forums - choose the appropriate forum and ask away.
When you do, mention your primary and secondary as well.

I just got done doing my respec but I'm at an impass. Do I go with the old IO's I pulled off "http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Impeded_Swiftness" which got me to 24 or "http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Tempered_Readiness" which I found all cheaply after the fact.
Mind I can't pick up the 'chance for smashing damage' since i'm a part time player. So I felt 'tempered' set would be easier to update and have a full set of instead of just five. Plus there's better bonuses except for slow taking a cut in half.
