Recommendation - Keep a file somewhere with your list of keys
And the bank card info.

Nightstar, I think, was the only AV not granting credit - all other AVs counted. Basically, no matter if it's your arc or not, or you've been there for the whole arc or not, each AV defeat gives an invisible badge. Which when added up grant the Dimensional Warder badge.

Probably would fall under "Derivative works" however, unless you have a clearly pre-existing example.
-
Hmm, probably would want to make sure it mentioned "Unoffical" somewhere in the title or right at the start of the description. Only thing that might cause issues that I could see.

Quote:Couple of minutes extra to actually do that, level 10 min. to mail, but yeah.Wow, this would be a bonanza for long time vets. Roll up a new level 1, claim vet merits, mail to yourself, delete level 1 and repeat. Assume it takes about a minute & a half for each cycle @ 11 merits per... yeah, it's just slightly exploitable.
Actually, considering there is no tech to prohibit mailing/trading outside your account, those with multiple accounts wouldn't have to power level the merit-making new characters. -
You could always go fight them and do a demorecord for a few seconds.
-
And at this point the Vet merits are not the issue.
Sure, they were the "writing on the wall" that we would NEVER be able to trade merits, but the zone accolades with their merit rewards was the "hook, line, and sinker" of the trade-able merits concept. -
or append the the EU flag to the updater... can't recall what it is though.

1) You are sure you have an European client (executables include .eu in the name) and account?
2) Your game account login info are identical to your forum login. -
Well, I know it would probably be burried, but - you still have your paper copies of your statements?
Even if it doesn't list specific transactions to specific cards, when I had this issue I mentioned that, due to a lost card (and then wallet, boy was I on fire that time) it could be a card with the last four numbers of XXXX, YYYY, or ZZZZ - and they unlocked it for me. -
One thing you could try (no clue if it would work, however) is to call your card issuer and ask for the number of the card used unless you've completely changed banks.
Also check your bank statements - mine include a the last four digits of the card used.
Also, EDIT : Nevermind, can't verify because apparently NCSoft's main account site is down. -
With the exception of the alpha fade "Cape of the Four Winds" every paid-for-in-cash costume part is available at level 1.

The fact that this forum doesn't have a perma-link to the Tech forum has been a pet peeve of mine for a while
Don't worry, it happens. We just like to point you in the right way because there are a number of people who hang there who don't hang here. Mostly Father Xmas and je_saist, because the higher ups haven't learned the lesson yet of "measure twice, hang once"... or something like that.

yeah, paired in the pool, but the Powers themselves where just meant to help you move about the city
-
Just to make sure - you are not just listing the editions your account has, but the actual account key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX or whatever it is) used, right?

Quote:Except, they were never meant to be offensive/defensive options, really.Travel suppression as it's implemented in cox could stand to be dialed back slightly.
The devs mistake is to think in terms of penalizing an integral part of your characters setup, rather then inventing ways (likely complex) to integrate, Super Speed, Flight, into an offensive/defensive option (think SS into a tornado stunning enemies, or Flying at sonic speed to your target dealing damage).
Suppression by and large was the devs fix for hit and run pvp, back when more then twelve players pvp'd.
And while it's not stun, SS does lead to Whirlwind -
They might of switched it around. I know pre-GR she was not a mission objective, while Nightstar was in hers (which was because on BS you are closing a portal, NS you are stopping her ritual).

High defense? Really, scrapers do have? My dark, fire, and willpower scrappers would like to have a talk with you.
In an alley - preferably dark. Why yes, the are all are a bit more vigilante than hero.
One major thing squishes don't have to deal with that melée does - the aura mezzes I already mentioned. Which as it is frequenly cause me issues before I get my mez protection - and yet my ranged characters rarely are bothered by the mezzes. Look, the old range is adefense does have some meaning
And yes, scrappers can off-tank, or built right tank. But they do trade defenses - both in base amounts and in caps - and if they lost too much more damage then regular tanks would outdamage scrappers. -
Hmm, you should here from them about now. If not by tonight, log in and try updating your ticket.
Anyway, some things that can help speed this up:
The first account code applied for the account - the actual code. If you bought it online via NCSoft, it will be in your email.
Original first month's sub info - if a credit card, the type and last four digits of the card's number that was fiery charged the reoccuring payment. If it was a gamecard, the whole gamecard number. -
Quote:You mean the pull thing? Only done that on teams they insist on it. Keep him under some kinda mezz effect (even just KB/KU) prevents bifrications. At least he doesn't have protean's cheap trick.Golgothen,
It is easy but we are trying to build every Alpha path :-) For example, if you didn't beat Trapdoor in the past few weeks. He'll be hard in now.
Don't loiter, Be rude and get your business done. Time is rude. It stops for no one!!
Quote:I'm frustrated in that I don't yet see an Incarnate Power that lets superspeedsters move like Synapse and Neuron, without Travel Power Suppression.
But, since being Incarnate means being the equal of the signature heroes/villains, then obviously that's got to come along, too.
Soon.
