Your NCSoft account and City account are (and should) be different names and passwords. So, check that.
Secondly, how far are you able to get, and what do you see? IE, what is the exact error message you are getting, if any?

1) You are sure you have an European client (executables include .eu in the name) and account?
2) Your game account login info are identical to your forum login.

or append the the EU flag to the updater... can't recall what it is though.

Go into your Game install folder and find the CohUpdater.exe file. Rename that file to CohUpdater.eu.exe
Check the properties of your shortcut for the game: The target should be "...City of Heroes\CohUpdater.eu.exe" and the 'Start In' should be "...\City of Heroes"
Try the Shortcut again.

i have a problem ... just downloaded Coh trial , and made NCsoft acc ...
but when i enter the game i can't log in ... why is that? ... i used European client of the game and ncsoft acc to log in ...
please help
