Quote:It doesn't need that, but the more the better of course. That goes for every AT really. My Spines/WP Scrapper does awesome as is, without the Fitness pool, even to the point of playing lead tank on several TF's and mission teams. And he's a Scrapper. So no, saying that WP's "need" all the defenses, +HP and +Regen they can get isn't quite true. To be fair though, it does depend in large part on your slotting and your competence in playing the toon. If you tend to be slow with your attack chains or have the habit of biting off more than you can chew, then yes, you're going to want all the defenses, HP and regen you can get.
WP needs all the defense it can get, as well as all +hp and +rgn it can get. -
Not a problem. Willpower toons are a specialty of mine (most of my melee AT's are WP) so always up to answer questions on the subject, heh.

It depends on how you slot out your build and what your primary is. For example, I've got a Spines/WP Scrapper that completely avoided the Fitness Pool thanks to the extremely low Endurance cost of the Spines attacks (with the exception of Quills). Dual Blades isn't too endurance heavy (though not as light as Spines or Claws), so if you slot well you could probably skip the Fitness pool and use Physical Perfection as a place to drop in your healing procs (should you use them). Just my two bits though.

As with most comic book adaptions that I've seen, I was worried about how they would go about making a Thor movie. But I must say that I was impressed by that trailer. Now it remains to be seen how much of that trailer actually makes it into the movie, hehe.

Quote:I could live with that should it ever actually happen. GW uses this, although I suppose you could argue that they do it to accumulate extra skill points. Still, you eventually reach the point where those skill points serve no purpose except to tell how many "levels" you would have gained since hitting the actual level cap.
... Though I would be amendable to a comprimise. Extend the level cap to 100... but with NO advancement or change in challenge or content past level 50. Levels 51-100 would just be an indicator of how much stuff you've killed. You get a million XP, you do the "level up" thing, your level says 51... but no training, no new enemies, nada. Your combat level is still 50, but you can still feel like you're "advancing". Though this also would eventually stop and people would want another level cap raise. -
Possible reasons?
In order, this:
Followed by this:
My guess though would be server side work that needs doing before loading GR to the live servers. It probably has to happen some time anyways. -

Quote:Should, but not for certain. I recently serviced a bunch of Dell's for my buildings property management guys and while they all have the 6150's, none have PCI-E slots. Only standard PCI.
Off the top of my head the 6150 was never released with AGP support, so you "should" have a PCIE-16x slot available on your motherboard. -
With the forums being linked directly to your game account now, I'm guessing you'd have to have an active account in good standing to use the forums. I could be mistaken though.

Now that's my kind of sandwich Sav, hehe.

Any fix forthcoming on the ATI multiple displays issue would be up to ATI, no? Last I'd asked about it shortly after i17 went live I was lead to believe that there's not much, if anything, that can be done on the devs end to address it since its an issue with the ATI drivers no working properly with Ultra Mode. I dunno...maybe I'm just rambling, heh.

Quote:I've had the random floor and ceiling changes a couple of times in the past as well, although only in my Villain base (for which only I have edit rights). The first time it happened it only affected doorways, and each one had had the floor dropped as low as it could go and ceiling raised as high as possible. It only affected doorways that didn't have stairs or other objects butted up against them.I am one of two people with base editing and the other touches nothing...
And yet some of my floors and ceilings had their heights altered, mostly in doorways with no stairs attached... it was freaky. He was there with me at the time and we were both o.O'ing about it.
The changes were completely random.
The second time it happened it had the same effect, but instead of it being contained to doorways it happened all over the base to any section of a room that didn't have items place on them. Was a real hassle having to go through the base room by room and returning everything to its proper heights. -
I've seen both 30-day NCSoft time cards and 60-day CoH time cards at my Wal-Mart, and apparently they're carrying them chain-wide. EB/Gamestop seems to be hit or miss though. Of the three I stopped in at a little while back only one carried any, and then only the 30-day NCSoft cards.

The respecs earned from the Trials can be used on either your primary or secondary builds. Just make sure that you have the right build active that you want to respec.

...I get stuck on that damn crystal in Cimerora!
Oh, and hi Mental! -
I'll see your eternal gratitude and raise you eternal glory.
On topic, not sure what it'd be worth. Have you poked around the levels near it (say 11-15) to see what they're going for, if at all? -

Quote:I've been hearing that from quite a few people ever since I mentioned that I was getting a Sapphire 57xx card, but I've yet to actually notice anything in the way of annoying noise from my entire case, let alone the card itself. With my case open I'd have to actually strain to hear much of anything but a faint "whir" from the four fans inside. With the case now closed up (finished with installations finally) I have to stick my ear to the side panel or near one of the open ports at the back to hear much of anything. And this is while running CoX on near-full settings.
However, these non-ducted fans tend to be loud, and tend to whine obnoxiously. Sapphire, I'm glaring at you.
tl;dr version: IMO Sapphire cards aren't as obnoxiously loud as people seem to make them out to be, unless I simply ended up with a strangely quiet card. -
Quote:I second that recommendation. Unless you direly need the little bit of regen you'd get from slotting a healing IO/SO, Health is the best place in most builds for the healing procs.
I'd recommend putting it in Health.
Quote:When slotted in passive powers or toggles (as long as you keep them on), however, they trigger every few seconds (don't recal the exact number) which makes them permanently active. -
I believe you have to have an active account to partake in any betas, open or closed. On the other hand, you may yet get an email inviting you to join the beta, but you'd have to activate your account.
