If you're having too much trouble understanding the maths, it's not really worth worrying about. But if you can, more power to you (literally).

A passive power like Stamina is the best place for any non-damage proc, full stop. It'll go off regularly enough that you can account for in your build calculations.

My Claw/Regen is a pseudo-immortal "angel" character, created when the Talsorian weapons were added to the game.

The scrapper forum seems to be the most peaceful on the boards, because scrapper powersets are actually quite well balanced. It's kinda scary.

For some reason, people are eager to turn a game into work.

Look on the bright side: If your appeal succeeds and your mission is unbanned, it'll be immune from further warnings and mod action for as long as it remains unchanged.

For the record, they're also immune to -recharge as well.

I think that's basically what the villain arcs end up as anyway.

And I think Castle's said that the Ancillary pools were a disaster of balance and if it were up to him he'd remake them from scratch. Patrons were originally supposed to be balanced, but well...

I'm wondering, exactly how noticeable/useful/good is this inherent power? My Wolf Spider is the only alt I have remaining that hasn't got Stamina and/or equal or better endurance sources, so I kinda can't compare the recovery and regen to alts of the same level (only 12 last I checked). I still run out of end often and can't wait to get Stamina (glad I'm skipping a travel power, believe it or not), so obviously it doesn't cut it on its own.

How does Conditioning affect your playstyle?

Pretty sure they'd have to modify patron and ancillary pools for other ATs so they don't have any repeat powers. They already have to do that when profilerating powersets. Also, y'know, balance.

...Kheldians don't get Ancillary pools, I doubt they'd get Patrons either. Dunno why though. I suppose Khelds already have plenty of variety in their powers.

Sometimes, you somehow unlock one side's EATs from the other side's 50.

Technically a bug but... rarely reported.

Scrapper powers that get a bonus chance to crit (mostly their Tier 9s, ouch), might still crit, I think. And Blaster sets used to have Defiance (or at least the shoot-while-mezzed part), but I'm fairly certain it was removed (though they might have missed a few sets/powers).

Custom critters definitely don't get Fury though. All of its functions are tied to the inherent, AFAIK.

Not to mention they seem to have player AT inherents- so Scrapper sets crit, Brutes have Fury, Blasters have Defiance...
