Okay, so I ent on and played.... eh.... Looks okay, nothing that makesm ego OMGWOW! I think my computer isn't rendering the glow that's supposely attache to the costume peices. Please tell me it's not an Ultra-Mode only thing.

Your Idea doesn't really fill any niches in the game, every power in this game fulfills a purpose, thematically speaking. We already HAVE a "martial arts" set, the best part is, it can fulfill a range of concepts, including that of an agile combatant, like Daredevil, or a Speedster, like the Flash.
Mechanically, your set makes little sense, it might possibly be an EAT on it's own, but that's a very specific thing to do, and, again, we already have a set that fills a martial artist niche.

also, I'm very interested in concepts of cultural bias and such, but you're putting a bit to muc h into the "wester v. eastern" thing, where it actually doesn't fully apply. -

Regardless, there will be three ways for hero Doms
1: Praetorian Dominator who crosses over to either side at level 20
2: Lvl fifty Dom playing Redside right now who switches when GR comes outso
3: Starter dom created post-GR who switches, probably sometime in the mid-twenties.
Yes, I think there will be enough hero-doms and MMS to justify a specified APP set or two. -

Considering that's why I can't have poison on other ATs, I like the option to customize Sheilds to gauntlets better.

I was under the impression that Shield defense isn't on stalkers for the same reason that Ice Melee isn't on brutes,The powers that make up the set are counter-intuitive to the mechanics of the AT.

Thematically, Traps and Devices are supposed to fill this concept, a gadget user who's not an Archer, so it just being a clone of TA is a point against it, what I'd like to see is this as a control set, THAT would be nice, a Gadgeteer's control set.

SOOOO I've sorta hammered out some details, give your opinions
At least twice a month(Which is all I can really promise for myself, more volunteers=more events) one for Red Side and one for Blue side, we would host an event.
It would basically be the group going after at least 2 unlockable costume peice goals, more if the evenign goes well. Maybe one farm and/or a story arch if possible. During this event, costume recipes, halloween salvage, and salvage for said recipes would be given out and/or traded, but only amongst the people who actively take part in that day's event, that way, we have no "free riders" who simply take but don't give. -

I believe that's accurate.
I use it to great effect on all my "no movement power" characters and it basically turns fitness into a travel power when treated properly.
