If you can't use a crafting station, I assume it's a bug. You can craft costume recipes at level 1; I just tried it to verify.

It's called a bench sweeper. Its purpose is to get leaves and road dust off park benches before you sit.

Mostly due to network lag issues:
Never successfully completed an ITF
Never successfully launched a Warburg missile (always lagged to death when the ambushes show)
Never seriously attempted a redside Hami raid (poked my head in to watch once; got the Base Teleporter power to fire before I crashed completely)
Never attempted an STF
Never attempted an LRSF
Never attempted a Barracuda SF or Kahn TF
Never productively assisted in a mothership raid
Never attempted a Justin Augustine or Faathim TF -
Quote:My invuln tanker was fine on Test after this patch hit there, and is fine on Live right now. There are no looping sounds. Those patch notes were not there when I did the same thing yesterday. But thats ok. This new patch has more bugs in it than before they added it in.
with the team windows buggy and the sound looping for invuln tankers still there. Hopefully they atually fixed some of the TF bugs that the mission waypoint would land on the AE building going no where. -
Quote:Those appear to be fixed too.Is only the Brute version of this fixed? I know that at least the scrapper version of this is experiencing the same, if not a very similar bug. :/

Quote:That was great!Heh! That's like the disclaimer on a prescription drug ad. "Cimerora may cause compass enlargement. People who have had adverse reactions to GPS or printed MapQuest directions should not take Cimerora. If you experience disorientation, anxiety, or a sudden desire to visit Guildford, tell your doctor immediately."

I have a level 50 Scrapper, a level 42 Brute, and a level 39 Tanker with Invincibility. None of them play a sound on activating Invincibility, but the Tanker and Brute get the loop while in melee. The Scrapper doesn't. None were exemplared when I checked them.

Varying checksum file sizes:
This week, if I delete my checksum file and rebuild it, it includes entries for every file in the City Of directory, such as OVER NINE THOUSAND! screenshots, costumes, binds, AE missions, vidiotmaps images, backup files, etc etc. Makes it hard to copy the installation to the test directory or a new computer, and makes the checksum file unnecessarily big. In the past, only critical files were checksummed.
Edit: Or, I never paid attention to what goes on while the updater is "Downloading file manifest" before. XD Apparently it checksums everything, then asks the server what's important. Or something. In which case, this has nothing to do with different checksum files on Test vs Live and is just a temporary failure of the little nut that holds the mouse. -
In the base editor, one of the classes of room you can add is Doorway. You can place one anywhere it will fit, as long as the opposite ends of the 1x1 doorway attach to rooms, and there's nothing in the rooms like wall items blocking it.

Quote:When I do it, I rename Coh.checksum to CohTest.checksum. That way the updater doesn't have to recreate it.It is.
And I just added "test server" and "install" as tags.
The other thing is, make sure before resuming the download to delete any files with checksum in their name - this will be inside the main folder where the CoHupdater.exe, etc, are. -
I guess there isn't much to test - the Live and Training checksum files are identical.

Are there any kill alls in any of the Orenbega maps? I can't quite recall ever doing one. Of course, quote often, enemy placement makes them into kill alls, even when they are not supposed to be.
[/ QUOTE ]
I did one this morning on a smaller Oranbega map - the first mission I received from Cadao, rescuing Paragon Protectors from the CoT. I don't believe he warned me it was a kill-all. -
I remember her as always being grey, but she's been yellow to a couple of my characters at least 3 times in the past week.

Animations at the tailor:
I can't get on Live yet, but I tried the tailor on Test just now. I talked to the Facemaker Nurse in Cap, and my wings are not animating. I talked to the cosmetic surgeon without buying any actual changes, and they animated. Now if that character returns to the regular nurse the wings animate normally.
I neglected to try the character creator -

You do know that the server status page is broken, right? That as soon as the auto-update script runs, it goes back to the server status on June 24th?

Patch 19.20090619.4T2 from Monday night or Tuesday seemed to fix a little bug where RWZ contacts had a line ending with .txt under their names in the compass window. No idea what else was fixed.

One "bug" I have noticed:
In Rikti War Zone, all quest giver NPC have .txt info type below their names on the compass now.

Seems to be fixed on Test today.
